We booked a last minute break here for October half term. Lovely family friendly hotel and a great location. We had a family room with a separate twin bedroom for the children. Room was spacious and clean. Standard of cleanliness was great, cleaner came everyday made beds, cleaned floors, bedroom and changed our towels. Exceptional effort made at the hotel for Halloween with decorations and the staff dressed up on the day, the children loved it. We booked half board and there was always a good selection of various foods to suit everyone’s tastes. Every member of staff we came across were friendly. We had a very pleasant stay here and would recommend.

Acceuil froid avec le minimum d'informations.
L'hôtel vante un parking ( 20 euros par jour quand même) et a l'arrivée vous dit qu'il n'y a pas de place.
Abords de la piscine très sale.
Bien loin de ce qu'on attend d'un hôtel 4 étoiles...

Excellent location, portaventura park 1 mile away. Buy the 3 day ticket for the park for best value around £80 for 3 days and 1 visit to Ferrari land. Town centre 400m away Food was superb, drinks at dinner were the cheapest I've purchased at a hotel restaurant for years. Litre of wine 12 euros! Soft drinks 2.50 euros. Rooms and beds very comfortable Tv has Netflix installed. All public areas of hotel were clean and very comfortable. Hotel was top class all round well done.

Een heerlijk hotel in het centrum van Salou. Mooie zwembaden en mooie kamers. Alles was schoon, personeel heel vriendelijk en eten uitstekend. Alles top, denk dat je geen beter hotel in spanje kunt vinden en ik ben er al in heeeeel veel geweest.

Aanrader,om te zwemmen en te zonnebaden,top Restaurant super,variatie en kwaliteit Kamer aan zwembad bijbetaald,vr verblijf van 17 dagen Vol pension genomen,volledig bijbetaald. We waren daar van 18 septtot 7 oktober.vanaf oktober gratis vol pension,wij hebben volledig moeten betalen,niet eerlijk Minpunt,onderhoud vd kamer,erg Kamer was maar rond 14 uur gekuist,slecht gekuist,in 1 week nooit sanitair en vlier nooit in het nat,bedden 1 keer ververst per week Terras nooit gekuist op 17 dagen.hygiene kamer heel slecht, Op 3 minuten werd kamer gekuist.we zaten op derde verdiep aan zwembadkant,300 EUR bijbetaald.op onze aanvraag,wel mooi zonnig. Bij regen,konden we 3 dagen niet op terras,goot kapot terras onder water .Jammer van onderhoud kamer anders aanrader

Fabalous Hotel all staff are lovely food is excellent bar food by the pool is excellent and activity staff are wonderful we would have been lost without them while it was raining alot. Highly recommend and great for the spa treatments will be back spotless.

Excellent hotel, very near to beach ,shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was fantastic . Would definitely recommend this hotel. Evening entertainment was quite good,and from what I saw the kids had a brilliant time including the parents.
