The room was ready early, the food was very good and varied, with healthy options. The pool was very nice, and the air conditioning in the room was fantastic. We felt very comfortable. The beach was right next door, and it was an 11-minute drive to the Sant Jaume promenade, where the shops are located.

A lovely hotel. Very clean and spacious. We had a pool view and sea view room. Cleaned everyday and towels changed often. Food excellent and a great choice. All inclusive beers and wines excellent. Very good entertainment and different acts every night. Lovely outdoor terraces. The hairdresser was very friendly as I had my hair coloured before coming home due to the sun fading it. A rock Beach a few steps away. And a lovely bar. We got a bus to Salou and it only takes 5 mins and buses every hour. Lovely little shops and a large beach. Well worth a visit and we will be going back

Impresionante sensación de cuidado y atención por parte del personal del HOTEL BEST NEGRESCO, la atención de MEGAN responsable de recepción, solucionando y ayudando en nuestra entrada al hotel con todo el cariño que requería la situación dándonos soluciones a una mala gestión, mi segundo año motivado solo por esto, el recuerdo del buen trato recibido durante NUESTRAS vacaciones del 2024, "ANDREA, JIHANE, DOLORES Y AITOR" servicio de comedor, como me dice mi mujer sois lo mas BONITO que ha conocido nunca, GRACIAS MUCHASSS GRACIAS por ser la familia que nos acompaña durante nuestros descansos anuales "Las risas, la complicidad, el buen trato y sobre todo la amistad ", prometemos seguir sumando años y repetir siempre por vosotros. One of the best hotels in Salou, it was our 5th visit and it didn't dissapoint, the food is plentiful and so much choice even for the fussiest eaters, The hotels location is the best, Superb views of the sea and amazing sunsets with a beach a very sort walk away, plenty of buses into to salou and the little train. Plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars a short walk away in Cap salou. Friendly staff just one small moan the flirty woman entertainment staff who annoyed lots of women by openly flirting with their partners, she was the talk of the pool,maybe a talk about boundaries wouldn't go amiss. 10/10 For the Hotel and staff Thank you for another amazing holiday

Hôtel très sympa et bien situé sur la Costa Dorada. Le personnel est très agréable et à l'écoute. Parfait pour un séjour en famille. Le buffet est correct mais manque un peu de variété si vous restez plus de 7 jours. Seul bémol, l'insonorisation de l'hôtel : avec des voisins bruyants ou sans respect des autres, vos nuits seront courtes... Attention le parking est payant et le stationnement autour également pour ceux qui viennent en voiture.

Es la segunda vez que repetimos en el hotel. ENCANTADAS. Las instalaciones estan muy bien. La comida es excelente. La limpieza increible, gracias al personal de limpieza. Las vistas desde la piscina y el bar, increibles. Pero lo que esta claro, es que la experiencia no seria perfecta si no fuera por el personal que trabaja alli, es dificil nombrarlos a todos, pero nombrar a Paula, Iker, Maria, David, y en especial a Jose Luis, Gregorio, Antonio, Dolores y Aitor. Al igual al equipo entero de animadores. Todos vosotros y los que no he nombrado (muchos nombres..) sois los que haceis que la estancia sea tan agradable que sin duda, dan ganas de volver. Sois maravillosos. Gracias por vuestra amabilidad, profesionalidad y sobre todo simpatia. Sois la base fundamental del hotel.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely time on holiday in this hotel. The hotel was absolutely beautiful! Amazing food and gorgeous views. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. However there would be people RUNNING to the sunbeds at 8:50am to put their towels down and reserve them. We then wouldn’t see those people for many hours throughout the day. It was such a shame because there isn’t enough sunbeds for the amount of people and it meant that many people couldn’t get sunbeds even though most were empty! The sign says you aren’t allowed to reserve sunbeds however this clearly isn’t enforced as all sunbeds are reserved by 10am and 75% are empty throughout the day.
