Traveled in April, the pool was accessible even though the water was still cold at that time.
Friendly staff overall.
Cleanliness was generally good, with daily housekeeping.
Spacious room, bed not very comfortable due to springs and casters. Smart TV, fridge available, and storage space. However, bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise, as it's not very well insulated.
Very good breakfast and evening buffet with plenty of choices (sometimes Halal meat, ask the chef, but he's not always sure of himself).
Wellness area with a fee, worth visiting once in bad weather.

The hotel is in the heart of Salou. Clean lobby, nice rooms. It is almost representative of a tourist hotel. The beach is also within easy walking distance. The service was enthusiastic. It is worth praising that the dinner and breakfast have a very rich variety.

This hotel has a beautiful environment, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the facilities are complete. The service staff are friendly and professional, and respond quickly to guests' needs. Conveniently located near major attractions and transportation hubs. It was a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy the hotel spa because I was too pressed for time.
