Perfect hotel, the staff is friendly, all without exception we stayed 1 more night for a total of 4 nights, the rooms clean, the hotel too, a perfect place to relax.
When we come back, for sure, this is where we will drop our bags!

No le pongo 0 estrellas porque no se puede i porque la comida estaba buena, pero el servicio de recepción y las habitaciones son una pena y una vergüenza. Os resumo un poco el desastre del servicio que hemos encontrado esta semana santa, unas 2 horas para poder hacer el check in casi perdemos la cena y todo por la lentitud y la mala organización del mismo, cuando subimos a la habitación nada mas abrir la puerta me la encuentro sucia con polvo y plásticos de zumos por el suelo, solo nos ponen una toalla y éramos 4 personas los cerrojos de la corredera estaban rotos y las ventanas de la habitación no cierran, ósea duermes con tu familia con las ventanas abiertas y para colmo la tele le habían dado un buen golpe y estaba toda rota y no se veía casi nada todo con rayas y eso que viajamos con niños que necesitan ver algunos dibujos algún rato. No vuelvo a esta hotel ni que me lo dejan gratis, lo único que se salva es el trato de algunos del comedor y la comida de ese fin de semana pero por lo demás no es recomendable para nada, y todo el hotel en si esta muy deteriorado y la moqueta de los pasillos super sucia.

Es uno de los hoteles más completo que he ido,fui para un torneo de baloncesto y la recepción,servicio,animación fue excepcional 100% recomendable. Los chichos se lo pasaron genial y hay de todo no hace falta nada de nada. Ha sido una semana muy agradable para todo nuestro grupo de baloncesto.

Buen hotel 3 estrellas en zona céntrica de Salou.
Todo muy correcto en relación calidad/precio.
Tan solo destacaria en negativo, el tiempo de espera en el check-in, aunque cabe decir que tuvieron algun que otro problema.
El resto de aspectos, el buffet, la habitación, las instalaciones, etc ... todo correcto.

Hôtel bien situé par rapport au centre ville, plage de salou et port aventura. Chambres propres et fonctionnelles, buffet le soir correct, animations pour les enfants et les grands. Bar le soir, musique, piscine, personnel agréable et serviable.

Myself and my partner enjoyed our stay here. There were a couple of things that I think could have been better but not really a major issue (as we went out most days), we never had access to an iron, as the hotels was broken, so we bought one, and no kettle in the room, however we did get one from reception for a small refundable deposit. We asked to change our room as the view was not fantastic which unfortunately they could not do as the hotel was fully booked. however they did offer a room a few days on when guests had checked out, however we decided to stay as we only had a few days let. the rooms were clean the food was ok I would even say good ( loved by my partner, lol), there was a reasonable amount of choice. Most days the desserts were a little repetitive. Staff were all nice. All in all we enjoyed out stay. For families with young children, there may not be much to do in the hotel. But I do believe they had entertainment of an evening. And the town centre is very close by, as well as a water park.
