fuimos de viaje de amigos y parecia una cárcel, nos daba hasta miedo salir al pasillo por si el segurata nos amenazaba con quitarnos la fianza, sin siquiera hacer nada. No dejaban ni hablar casi dentro del apartamento porque te decian que estabas gritando y si te asomabas a la terraza de noche te alumbraban con una linterna para llamarte la atencion. Pasamos un calor terrible, casi tenemos hasta que dormir en la terraza porque era insoportable y si te quejabas de que no funcionaba subian a verlo pero no hacian nada. Si entrabas a recepcion en bikini te hablaban mal y te hacian salir fuera y los seguratas te miraban de arriba abajo y a las noches estaban mirando a los balcones para ver si se veian mas de 6 personas en el apartamento y sobre las 10 hacen una ronda en la que el segurata llama a la puerta para ver si hay mas gente y si hay, te hacen salir y te amenazan con quitarte la fianza e intentan buscar cualquier excusa para quitartela.

en vrai un peu crado la bas y a des cafard si vous faites pas bien la vaisselle et la clim marche pas donc vous suez dans les lits. la reception ils ont 2 de tension ils servent a rien MAIS la piscine est au top vrm ! et l’emplacement est génial. je recommande pour les amis avec un petit budget.

N’y allez pas. Les appartements ne sont pas propres et les services pas adaptés (pas assez de serviettes, deux couchages sur le canapé alors que nous avions réservé pour 4). Ils ont également gardé la caution alors que aucun dégât n’a été causé…

Como positivo diré que el apartamento estaba limpio, las camas eran bastante cómodas y la dimensión del apartamento era correcta. La ubicación muy buena y es una zona en la que hay aparcamientos cercanos y zona azul (en Salou de octubre a junio no se pagan todas las zonas, creo). Aunque no la utilizamos, la piscina era grande, pero no le sobraba espacio para tumbonas/toallas. La parte negativa, en nuestro caso fue que el primer día el apartamento estaba un poco frío y la calefacción tenía un tope de calor bajo, así que tuvimos que estar en el sofá con manta. Por otra parte, la espera en recepción fue muy larga, aun habiendo 3 personas atendiendo, estuvimos demasiado tiempo esperando, nada ágil y además tuvimos que volver puesto que no dieron informaciones básicas como por ejemplo, la wiffi gratuita (que por cierto, tampoco se conectaba y al final nos salvó la compartida por nuestro móvil).

I must say that I'm very very disappointed with this place. Salou itself was great, however the place I stayed The Rentalmar was shocking. Although I had paid in full my holiday cost with my once preferred travel agent TC upon arrival the staff at The Rentalmar told me I needed to pay a 200 pound deposit to secure my room. I'm unemployed through health issues and did not mange to take a substantial amount for spending money. As I needed to stay there as it was the place I booked I paid the 209 and was informed I would get this back within 5 days. Now I'm in a fight to get my money back as Rentalmar have not returned my money and although I've contacted my travel agent they have not returned the 200 deposit I paid upon arrival. Do not go to this hotel as it seems it's not just myself they have ripped off. Also, the room was filthy with excrement on the walls. I went self catering and there was not even a kettle in the apartment. The veiw was lovely from the balcony which, may I add is just aswell as after they ribbed me of 200 pound I didn't have the funds to go out and explore. Absoultely shocking experience.

Deje una fianza de 300€ y han pasado 14 días y no me la han devuelto, cuando llamas te dicen que ellos no te la cobran que solo la retienen, pero eso es mentira habrán estafado a miles de personas, ya que cuando yo deje la fianza la saqué de ahorros y entonces en todo momento se lo que tengo o lo que no , y cuando lo e reclamado, 2 ocasione te responde una maquina, cuando e conseguido hablar con el personal me dicen que es culpa de mi entidad bancaria, cuando les pido el comprobando de la devolución dicen que no me pueden dar esa información. Seguramente esté tipo de estafa ya llevan tiempo con ella en vigor , si no te das cuenta te quitan la fianza y nunca lo sabes, porque te dicen que solo la retienen y eso es mentira!

La recepción mala..ponen una hora de recepción muy tarde (17:00) y si llegas antes y no quieres andar deambulando, te cobran 20€!!! nunca me había pasado. Y la salida super pronto (10:00) y por supuesto, si no quieres darte el madrugón a pagar! Te piden 'como norma' dejar el apartamento limpio....perdona???? si ya me estás cobrando tasas de limpieza. Una vergüenza. Apartamento correcto. Poco vestido y descuidado, con manchas de hace tiempo que no se han limpiado. Colchones en buen estado aunque muy duros para mí gusto. Ropa de cama muy desgastada y fina. Cocina pequeña pero funcional. No funciona el aire acondicionado Piscina correcta. Cerca de la zona de ocio y a un paseo de la playa.

Faire attention à votre dépôt ils vont tout faire pour le garder et vous avez aucun recours Éviter cette location Aucun service , très très bruyant, Appartement en mauvaise état ,vous donne l’appartement tard en fin de journée et ils ne font pas le tour avec vous pour pouvoir vous charger des bris que vous avez pas fait .
