We are there if you need anything but will respect your privacy. Pea stone path leads to private entrance. No shared common spaces--it's all yours for the duration of your stay. There are stairs that lead up to the unit's exterior door, followed by a set of stairs to the second floor hallway, then the stairs to the 3rd floor apartment--3 flights in total.Neighborhood is pleasant and safe, located on a busy street, but once inside the apartment, you will feel tranquil as house is well insulated. Kitchen is compact but mightily equipped. We have available: pots and pans, Keurig, spices, and other basics. Plus the unit is equipped with a glass top 4-burner electric range cooktop and a counter top Caphalon compact oven for roasting, broiling and baking. Other high end features include: Tuft and Needle mattresses, high thread count sheets, large walk-in shower, filtered water, Amazon Fire for 47" TV, high speed Xfinity internet. Driveway parking is available if you need it. Lots of foot traffic, University students. Parking is available in our driveway. Two cars can fit, one behind the other if necessary. All bedding is included.Our favorite feature of the apartment is the towel warmer in the bathroom and the filtered water in the kitchen. Another key feature of the apartment that scores high on the list is the Tuft and Needle queen mattresses in both bedrooms. Super comfortable!We are located across the street from Salem State University and often have college families book our space during key events like admission tours, homecoming weekends, or graduations.
