"Having to pay for parking was a shock - especially @ $27:00! However, when, as a courtesy, we informed the hotel that we'd missed our connection in Amsterdam & couldn't get another flight 'till the following day they offered to re-book our room; no fuss, no surcharge, so much relieved. Very impressed with that level of service."

"The hotel has many outstanding qualities, and I generally love the Lark brand, but I'm giving it a low review because of the windows. Mine, at least, were from the original building, which is fine in itself, except they were riddled with mold. I'm sorry, but I don't hand hundreds of dollars to a corporation in exchange for mold. That's simply unacceptable. This morning there was even condensation inside the window, which is presumably the source of the mold. I also like smaller hotels because you can usually open the windows, but here they were locked shut. There may have been some air coming through the vents, but it wasn't all that noticeable. So if you are mold sensitive or want fresh air, I can't recommend this hotel"
