Generally, the hotel is within reach to the groceries, bake shops, restaurants and other necessary things. However, I would just like to add about the hotel services and should have the following things that a traveler wouldn’t asked for as it has to be basic things for anyone of us staying in a hotel. - [ ] Thermostat or hot water pitcher - [ ] Mug cup - [ ] Complimentary coffee, sugar or tea - [ ] Hair conditioner - [ ] Hair dryer - [ ] Complimentary water bottle - [ ] Small lotion - [ ] Pen and pad paper As a regular traveler I have compared and learned how a hotel would provide the outmost privacy for their customer, as such I would to comment on two things: there was no door sign hanger and most importantly the door doesn’t have a peephole to see whos outside the door “knocking” I would say it’s kinda old fashioned or not just yet implemented for betterment. Finally, as we were going out to explore the area and we asked the reception for helping us to book a taxi, unexpectedly he didn’t exert extra effort for calling the contact number for the taxi company. He must’ve used the landline phone instead of letting us wait for the Taxi apps to work ( apps didn’t work ) so we can proceed for booking a taxi .. so we just went outside the hotel and took a taxi by our own.. I hope that they’ll provide the following things to continue improve their services to their customer in the future and provide additional help for anyone staying at the hotel.
