There is a spa and a restaurant. It is like a resort. There is a golf cart for pick-up. The service is good and the room is OK. The facilities are a bit old. It is just in time for the tourist season. The hotel is full. Overall it is OK.

A quite old hotel. Renovation is needed for furniture and decoration.

1. Комнаты и проверок отличные, но! Комменты ужасно вонючие. Мы жили в 1012 - в помещении постоянно присутствовал отвратительный запах, скорее всего канализации. За это единица. 2. Еда вкусная, но однообразная. Каждый день 2 вида риса, 2 виток курицы (один из них в индийском стиле с их приправами), салаты. Очень однообразно, надоедает за пару дней. То есть через пару дней эта еда уже не вкусная, а просто не лезет. 3. Убирают хорошо, ребята стараются, молодцы. Здесь ставлю пятёрку. 4. Напитки в баре жлобятся наливать, приходится выпрашивать. Мы плюнули и купили себе напитки, благо есть рядом гипермаркет. 5. Комнаты оборудованы холодильником, плитой, микроволновкой, но нет никакой посуды. Вообще нет ни тарелок, ни ножей, ни ложек с вилками. Очень удручает. 6. В душе только шампунь и гель в одном. Очень печально. 7. Персонал ресторана очень недружелюбеный, такое ощущение, что ты им чем-то обязан. Что-то попросить и получить это проблема. Не ориентированы на удовлетворение потребности гостей. 8. Бассейн детский отличный, с подогревом воды, дети были довольны. Это почти единственный плюс этого отеля. 9. Из-за вонючих комнат приходится спать с открытыми окнами и будьте готовы были искусанными комарами. Причём или из очень много или они кусают по несколько раз, но каждое утро я насчитывал по 15-20 укусов на себе. Был искусан весь. Вобщем, отдых получился совсем не отдых, я остался очень разочарован.

My experience in room 3005 was fantastic! The room attended shravan' Mohammed 'shimol did a brilliant job ensuring the room was always immaculate. From the perfectly made bed time the pristine bathroom ,every aspect of the room reflected their dedication to high quality service. A big thank you to them !
