We love Candeo Hotel, staffs are responsive and helpful. We checked in late at night and have to store our luggages at the premise since we are travelling to other area and return to stay at the hotel again. A very good hotel. Although it has a sense of age, the maintenance of Japanese hotels is very good. I would like to call it the best hotel in Saitama. Because the room and orientation were booked plus the time and weather were very good, I could see clearly when I opened the window every day. of Mount Fuji. It made me reluctant to leave when I finally checked out.

It's about a 5-minute walk from the station. There are many department stores nearby. There is a convenience store next door downstairs. There is Yoshinoya across from the nightclub. The hotel has many and delicious breakfast options. The room space is not very basic, but there are many ingenious ideas that make the use of space efficient. Bonus points.

The hotel is very close to Omiya Station. It is a high-end hotel in this area. The lobby is also very grand. The room is well-arranged. The area is normal. The bathroom is actually quite large. It is very comfortable for one person to live in. It is also no problem for two people. The best thing is that you can check out at 12 o'clock, which is really nice. The price is not expensive. It is much more cost-effective than that in Tokyo.

I had business at Saitama Super Arena and would be staying there late, so I stayed here.
The room was clean and the amenities were good, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection.
Check-out was also late at 11am, so I was able to relax after breakfast.
I'd like to stay here again next month.

I stayed in a business twin room. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view, so I was very comfortable. The only drawback is that it would be nice if there was an outlet at the head of the bed so I could charge my smartphone, etc. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

This was my first time staying here, but it was very close to the station and the room was clean and nice! If you register as a member, you can extend your check-out time by one hour. You get a bottle of water and can use the amenities available only to members, so it's a great deal. The reception staff were very helpful and I had a great stay!

My girlfriend lives in Saitama, so we often come and go here. The location is right by the Saitama Stadium Line, and it takes about 2 minutes. The front desk staff were very kind, so it was great. There's also a convenience store right in front, and the view outside is nice because you can see Saitama Stadium.

GGuest UserGoogle doesn't say this - you should exit from east gate of Omiya station and turn left. The hotel is in a covered shopping street. I wanted to watch fireworks at Odawa Park and this hotel is 3 stations away. It has a nice decor, capsule room ceiling is high and quote spacious so I did not feel claustrophobic. I loved the wood design - very Nordic. There are plenty of bathrooms, toilets and sinks for use. There's a TV and a narrow locker in every capsule. Bedroom slippers, pyjamas, towels and a basket for you to bring your toiletries to the bathroom are provided. There are manga books and free drinks and curry rice. I did not use them. Beddings were ok. Guests were quiet when I was there so I had a very good sleep.
There are many restaurants and supermarket and konbini nearby. There's a Lumine shopping mall here but they don't do tax refund. Location is fanatastic.
If I had one complain, the hotel should provide the absorbent stone floor mat in the bathroom cubicle.

A relatively new hotel with small rooms but complete facilities.
The bathtub is super comfortable.
It is still a chain store. If you stay here often, you can register as a member to get some benefits? I rarely registered once.
The front desk is difficult to find. First, take the escalator to the 2nd floor according to the signs, then take the hotel's dedicated elevator to the 14th floor, and check in at the front desk on the 14th floor. There are some small things on the 14th floor that you can pick up by yourself, such as coffee, facial cleanser, toothbrush, etc.
The guest rooms are on the 15th to 22nd floors, with a wide view overlooking the city. On a sunny day, you can see Mount Fuji, but unfortunately my room is at the back and I can't see it.
There are 4 elevators, which are not very congested and are quite convenient. Only once did it happen to be a big bus that sent a car of tourists back and it was blocked once, and I waited for 5 minutes.
Before 10 am every day, by sticking a magnetic card outside the door, you can tell the service staff whether to clean the room or just change the towels. It is easy to operate and avoid the embarrassing scene of being disturbed. But for hygiene reasons, it needs to be cleaned at least once every 3 days.
It is very close to Omiya Station, a 10-minute walk, and about 30 minutes from JR to Tokyo. There are many shops around, 711 and Family Mart are everywhere, one every 50 meters, which is really amazing. It is convenient for travel and shopping. There are also duty-free shops nearby, such as Bic Camera. I pass by it every day and am brainwashed by its music every day.
I lived there for two weeks and met many foreign tourists, and there were also local Japanese people staying.

GGuest UserThe uniformed receptionists at the front desk are all very nice, but the service ability of the morning shift staff (who may be) responsible for checkout (with children and not wearing a suit uniform) needs to be improved, or their attitude should be corrected. I had a package sent to the hotel on the day of checkout, and I specifically told the waiter when I stored my luggage. In order to avoid language differences, I wrote it down in the translator in advance for her to see. She took a perfunctory look at it and said that she could just find the night shift staff, and then she was busy greeting the Japanese male guest behind me. I had a feeling that something would go wrong at the time, and in the evening I was told that the package had arrived but was returned (probably because they could not find my check-in information because I had already checked out). In the end, the night shift staff worked hard to solve the problem. First, they provided me with a plan to send it back to China, and then found that the package was not far away and could be taken back, so the matter was successfully resolved. Life is not easy, and I don't intend to complain in Japanese to the employee who had poor handover and discriminatory behavior (it may even be a Chinese living in Japan). I'm just here to remind others.

GGuest UserI was looking forward to breakfast, but it was disappointing. There were no side dishes, such as natto, nama*, seaweed, wieners, sausages, or bacon. The main side dishes were fried chicken and yakisoba on the first day, and mini hamburger steak and spaghetti Napolitana on the second day, which I felt were not suitable for breakfast. I remember that the breakfast was plentiful when I stayed at the Omiya branch, but I wonder if it's different from before or if it depends on the branch... Also, the room is very small, so it's difficult to organize your luggage. I went with two suitcases and a 45-liter backpack, so it was difficult. There is no space other than the bed. The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. It is a good place for those who want to be close to the station, have little luggage, and don't care about breakfast.

AAnonymous UserThere is kitchen utensils including pans and IH. You can cook everything easily. A supermarket within 5-10 walk sells a set of ingredients but food preparation is recommend if you would like gorgeous dishes. Personally, the room is the best cost performance.
Please note that the air conditioner tends to work with biased temp between the main floor and loft. To adjust the setting is necessary.
