I stayed in Saitama for the first time because Tokyo was too expensive and I couldn't stay at a rate within the business trip regulations. It's 30 minutes to Tokyo Station, and the train wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be, so it didn't feel far!
As for the important room, after checking in, if a room was available, I was upgraded to a room with an Airweave mattress.
It was spacious and clean, more than enough for one person, and since I've always stayed in business hotels, it was very spacious, clean, and the bathroom was large and very comfortable to stay in.
The only thing I was sad about was that the breakfast was expensive and I couldn't get it, but I'd like to try it someday 😂
There are many restaurants nearby and it's quite close to the station, so I'm very satisfied. I've made reservations for three more business trips in the future! Lol I'll be using your services in the future, so thank you 🙇♀️

The four-star Omiya Palace Hotel is very close to Omiya Station. There are many places to eat around it. Although the room is a bit small, it has everything and the environment is also very good. This time I came to Saitama to watch Yuzuru Hanyu's ice performance. The Omiya Hotel is only one subway stop away from the Super Arena, which is very convenient. I don't have to worry about not being able to get on the subway and come back because of the crowds.

It's about a 5-minute walk from the station. There are many department stores nearby. There is a convenience store next door downstairs. There is Yoshinoya across from the nightclub. The hotel has many and delicious breakfast options. The room space is not very basic, but there are many ingenious ideas that make the use of space efficient. Bonus points.

There's a convenience store, bakery, 100-yen shop, etc. in the same building as the hotel, so it's convenient. There's a complex on the other side of the tracks, so if you're staying for a long time and suddenly need something, you can get it done right away.
The coin laundry on the 6th floor has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, which was convenient to use. The washing machine was 300 yen with detergent. The dryer was 100 yen for 30 minutes, and both were paid for with 100-yen coins.

I stayed in a business twin room. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view, so I was very comfortable. The only drawback is that it would be nice if there was an outlet at the head of the bed so I could charge my smartphone, etc. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

This was my first time staying here, but it was very close to the station and the room was clean and nice! If you register as a member, you can extend your check-out time by one hour. You get a bottle of water and can use the amenities available only to members, so it's a great deal. The reception staff were very helpful and I had a great stay!

Came to Saitama to watch Hanyu's ice show, and chose this hotel which is close to Omiya Station, about 7-8 minutes walk. Very satisfied, especially the hygiene, very clean, spare slippers at the door, change shoes when entering. The table is also very large, convenient for placing items. The bathroom space is sufficient, the shower head is very comfortable, the water is also purified, and the hair is not dry after taking a shower. The view outside the window is also very good, the disadvantage is that it is a bit difficult to open the window. The trash cans are classified into recyclable and non-recyclable. The staff starts cleaning at 9 o'clock every morning, it is really clean, and the attitude is particularly good. Overall very satisfied. The disadvantage is that the pillow is hard. There is a pillow rack at the elevator entrance, which is divided according to the softness and hardness. It is recommended to take a pillow when checking in, otherwise there will be no pillow at night. The first night, I used clothes as a pillow. The next day, I learned my lesson and took the pillow first. The toiletries for self-collection are recommended to be cleansers and lotions. Don't take more if they are useful. I brought my own toothbrush and toothpaste, and didn't use the hotel's.

GGuest UserFirst time in Japan, to watch Yuzuru Hanyu's ice show in Saitama, a friend recommended the hotel, close to the station, very convenient for taking the bus, very friendly front desk service, excellent soundproofing in the room, stayed for 4 nights, the air conditioner was not turned on and it was not cold, the windows were large, the view was good, the breakfast was also delicious, but I found that Japanese people eat very little, I would always add more if it was not enough. Free coffee, green tea, black tea, hot water and ice water in the lobby, really convenient!

GGuest UserI was looking forward to breakfast, but it was disappointing. There were no side dishes, such as natto, nama*, seaweed, wieners, sausages, or bacon. The main side dishes were fried chicken and yakisoba on the first day, and mini hamburger steak and spaghetti Napolitana on the second day, which I felt were not suitable for breakfast. I remember that the breakfast was plentiful when I stayed at the Omiya branch, but I wonder if it's different from before or if it depends on the branch... Also, the room is very small, so it's difficult to organize your luggage. I went with two suitcases and a 45-liter backpack, so it was difficult. There is no space other than the bed. The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. It is a good place for those who want to be close to the station, have little luggage, and don't care about breakfast.

Disadvantage: The air conditioning in the room cannot be adjusted. When the weather was very hot, the waiter asked me to open the window and many mosquitoes flew into the room. The room needs to be baked. Every time you enter or leave the hotel, you have to hand the door key to the reception desk for safekeeping, which is very troublesome. The room equipment was dirty, such as the hair dryer and air conditioner, which were obviously stained.
