The location is within an 8-minute walk from the station. There are convenience stores and many food options nearby. The room size is acceptable and the cleanliness is good. I will come again next time.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. It's conveniently located not too far from Omiya Station, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to try the spa, so I can’t comment on that part. But overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
I stayed overnight at this hotel during a business trip. The hotel is located in a quiet area, about a 5-minute walk from the station. The entrance was a little hard to find, so I've included a photo. The hotel was beautiful and clean, and I was able to relax and unwind after work. I would definitely stay again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel is conveniently located, about a 6-7 minute walk from Omiya Station. The ground floor lobby has a pleasant atmosphere, and complimentary hot and cold drinks are provided. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of hot dishes. The room itself felt a bit small, and to my surprise, it didn't have central air conditioning. However, the two beds could be pushed together, with one side against the wall, making it perfectly sufficient for two adults and one child. It's newly renovated, and overall, the cleanliness was excellent.
Super awesome...stayed in this hotel for 5 nights...
Not far from Omiya Station...lots of food nearby...
The key is that it can project screens...and the dryer is super big...
Went to the nearby Kawagoe Koedo...and took a bath...
Watch the ice show at the opposite Yuyu Super Stadium.
The show is over and you can see it through the overpass.
The front desk directly checked in with a passport and took the room card.
The single room is quite spacious, well-equipped, and the hygiene is in place.
The TV shows breakfast buffet messages, WIFI passwords and other check-in messages.
The next day's buffet breakfast had a special colored rice with jade.
I have glutinous rice, finished two bowls in the morning 😂
Very good stay experience, next time I see the show, I will stay again.
Perfect for traveling alone. The shower room and powder room were beautiful. I used the capsule hotel for the first time, but it was nice to be safe and quiet in the women-only area. I didn't use the food drink bar, but when I looked at it late at night, there were only men, so I thought it would be easier if there was a wider eating space. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in, so I was saved.
You can walk from Omiya Station. There are no buses passing by. The hotel is good and has all the amenities. There is an onsen. The staff is friendly. The hotel is quite modern. No key card is used. You need a code to enter the room. The breakfast is tasty. Everything is good except when booking, the information said the room size was 23 square meters with 2 large beds. But when checking in, the room was really small. Not sure why the room information didn't match what I wanted. I booked through Trip because I wanted a room with 2 beds and was a little disappointed.
Have stayed more many times.. always one of my preferred choice when staying around Omiya.. walking distance to Omiya station, super convenient for food and groceries.. Sogo, Big Camera is around the corner too.. there is also Limousine Bus service right opposite of the hotel, but sadly, after COVID, the service is only to Haneda airport.. no more to Narita.. hope the later would be back soon!

Great
LLaobaduoThe hotel is quite new, and the rooms are significantly more spacious than what you'd typically find in Tokyo. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation and is roughly three times larger than those in similarly priced hotels near Ueno. It's under a 10-minute walk from Omiya West Exit, with incredibly convenient shopping and dining options nearby. I misplaced my room key once during my stay, and they replaced it free of charge. Ctrip's dynamic pricing felt quite aggressive, but luckily, it was a business trip, so I didn't dwell on it. There are no tall buildings in the vicinity, offering a pleasant view from the window. Omiya is also a major transportation hub, making it easy to travel anywhere. Ueno is just over 20 minutes away by train. It's a viable alternative for accommodation when visiting Tokyo.
GGuest UserThe location is great, especially for accessing Shinsadong. Considering Shinsadong is generally a bit off the beaten path, this location is actually quite good.
The welcome drink, however, was disappointing and its availability seemed inconsistent. As for the complimentary amenities offered at the entrance, I felt some staff members gave me judgmental looks, making me feel watched – as if I was taking too many. This was strange because I only took one per day, or sometimes none at all, yet I still had this odd feeling of being monitored.
On a more positive note, housekeeping was incredibly quiet, which was perfect for relaxing even if I slept in late. I enjoyed the train view from my room (though I understand not all rooms have this). Overall, most of the staff were friendly. The bathtub was small, but the water quality was excellent.
GGuest UserI stayed here for two nights during a performance at Saitama Super Arena. The bathroom and toilet were all in one, and there was a step when entering, which I thought was typical of an old hotel, but it had been renovated and was a beautiful hotel. It was close to the west exit of Omiya Station, with a convenience store right across the street, and I could go for a drink by myself at the nearby Hidakaya even late at night, and there was also SOGO right next door during the day, so it was very convenient. It was only one station to Tama Arena, and I forgot something on the second day of the performance, but I was able to get there and back quickly. I would definitely stay here again if I won tickets.
DDerek RamuThere is a large shopping mall nearby, and it is also close to Omiya Station. It is convenient to go to Omiya Park and the Railway Museum. The breakfast is very good, the facilities are relatively old, but I personally think it's okay.
AAnonymous UserI booked for a business trip, but it was a love hotel. laughter
It is a beautiful hotel and soundproofing is perfect. It may be a good choice for those who don't care about love hotels.
