Saitama Midori Ward Hotels

Free coffee, green tea, black tea, hot water and ice water in the lobby, really convenient!

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly, the bread at breakfast was delicious, and it was nice to be able to top the salad with dried fruits and nuts of your choice. Ice machines and microwaves are available on certain floors. The room was also well-cleaned. I would like to use this hotel again.

There is kitchen utensils including pans and IH. You can cook everything easily. A supermarket within 5-10 walk sells a set of ingredients but food preparation is recommend if you would like gorgeous dishes. Personally, the room is the best cost performance. Please note that the air conditioner tends to work with biased temp between the main floor and loft. To adjust the setting is necessary.

Due to an unexpected flight delay, I had to wait until after 2am. Still, I was grateful for the polite response. I've been using this hotel for the past 8 or 9 years because it's close to the station and makes it easy to get around the next day.

This is my second stay. By coincidence, I ended up staying in the same room as last time. I really liked the room and would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay. There are plenty of amenities, and there's even juice and beer in the mini fridge! I'm relaxing here watching Netflix. I'd like to stay again.

It's very close to the station, and you can see the trains going by on the tracks from the window of your room. There's a convenience store, bakery, 100-yen shop, etc. in the same building as the hotel, so it's convenient. There's a complex on the other side of the tracks, so if you're staying for a long time and suddenly need something, you can get it done right away. The coin laundry on the 6th floor has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, which was convenient to use. The washing machine was 300 yen with detergent. The dryer was 100 yen for 30 minutes, and both were paid for with 100-yen coins.
