Hotel Trend Omiya Reviews

We stayed here several times. The reason is we like this hotel. We are so comfortable staying here. The staffs are super friendly and nice. The room is clean too.

It is close to the east exit of Omiya Station, and there are shops and convenience stores near the station, so I thought it was very convenient. I come to Omiya on business every month, so I would like to use it again.

The accommodation is clean, convenient, and comfortable. It is near Donki, which is suitable for buying souvenirs. It is also near the train station, making it convenient for traveling.

The location is good, very close to Omiya Station. Although the room is a bit small, it is quite clean. The pillow height is just right for me and I sleep very comfortably.

I stayed here for one night while attending a live show at Omiya Sonic City. The location and size of the room were good, but the cleanliness of the room (smelly, and there was a lot of dust around the air conditioning vent) was a bit off. There were still things left in the etiquette box that the previous guest had used, which was unpleasant. The staff were very friendly, so I wish they had paid more attention to detail.

I stayed here because there was a live concert at Saitama Super Arena. The location was good and the amenities were well-equipped, which was very helpful. It would have been even better if they had free water.

It was great that it was very close to the station. However, I was surprised at how small the bed was.
