埼玉アリーナでのイベントの為に宿泊しました。
駅にも近く便利です。
部屋は清潔できれいです。
高層階で眺望も最高でした。
ただ、チェックインに40分近く待たされました。
混雑していて仕方ないと思いますが、さすがに待たせ過ぎかと思いました。

非常好的酒店，交通很便利，就在大宮站旁邊沒多遠，走路一下就到，樓下也有便利店，房間也很大，在日本這個價位的酒店裡算是很不錯了

比較新，相比東京的酒店，房間面積也寬敞很多。
衞生間也是乾濕分離的，也是相同價位上野附近酒店的衞生間面積的三倍左右。
從大宮西口出來步行不超過10分鐘，附近購物、餐飲也是極其的方便。
入住時，丟了一次房卡，也免費補辦了一張。
攜程大數據殺熟比較嚴重，好在是公司出差，不計較了。
附近沒有什麼高樓，窗外的景觀不錯。
交通方面，大宮也是一個交通樞紐，到哪都方便，電車到上野也是20多分鐘就到。可以作為東京住宿的備選。

Worst experience on past 20 years Japan visit. Smelly room like empty for a year time, air cond not working well, staff is ok but not the environment and equipment. Better not to try!
