I recently stayed at the Surf Rider Hotel in Saipan and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I was very pleased with the location, facilities, and the comfort of my stay. The Great Harvest Café was excellent, and I truly appreciated the outstanding service from Tessie (Housekeeping) and Necy (Front Desk).
However, I was surprised and somewhat disappointed when I inquired about using the laundry facility and was told that if hotel linens were in the washer or dryer, I could move them myself. As a guest, I would expect hotel linens to be managed by staff, both for hygiene reasons and to maintain a professional standard.
That said, I truly appreciate the professionalism of the team at Surf Rider and would gladly stay again, as well as recommend them to travelers heading to Saipan. If you haven’t been to Saipan, I encourage you to visit—it’s a wonderful place and so are its people.

It was a very satisfactory Saipan hotel.
There aren't many restaurants around, but you can take a walk on the beach, even though it's right in front of the surf club!
