체크아웃 시간 연장, 놓고 온 물건도 찾아주시고 매우 배려를 많이 해주십니다
💓룸 컨디션 너무 좋아요
다음날 이동한 리조트보다도 룸 컨디션이 좋았어요
냉방 잘 됨, 침대 넓음 (베드 2개로 어른 4명 잘 잠), 방 넓음, 조용함
📌사이판 어디나 다 똑같겠지만 샤워기 필터는 챙겨야합니다!
부모님께서도 매우 만족하셨던 숙소

酒店老闆騙錢，當初去之前説可以在他那訂遊玩項目，我和朋友在他那訂了潛水跳傘還有別的項目，當時跳傘給我們訂的是我們走的前兩天跳，結果給我們講那邊軍事演習跳不了了，但是錢也沒給我們退，當時我們也要走了，老闆説跳傘公司那邊退錢，現在回過兩個多月了，錢是沒見着，給他發消息也是找理由往後拖

Shining Star Hotel is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Saipan. From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by how spotless and well maintained it was—far beyond what I’d expected. The staff provided thorough assistance, always responding kindly to every request, and the owner was perhaps the friendliest I’ve encountered at any foreign hotel. If I return to Saipan, I will without a doubt stay at Shining Star Hotel again.

호텔 사장님께서 매우 친절하셨습니다. 또, 호텔 앞의 해변이 매우 풍경이 좋고(특히 일몰때의 풍경이...굳), 수영하기에도 수심이 깊지 않아 매우 좋았습니다. 당일에 1박을 연장하려고 하는데도 흔쾌히 해주셨고, 공항 샌딩도 해주셨습니다. 또한 시설과 서비스도 매우 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 사이판을 방문하게 된다면, 며칠은 이 샤이닝 스타 호텔에서 묵을 것 같습니다! (한국인 분들 믿고 가셔도 될 것 같습니다 ㅎㅎ)

사장님이 굉장히 친절하시고 픽업도 무료로 해주셨어요 ~! 방도 컨디션도 좋고 깔끔해요. 어매니티도 다 준비되어있습니다~~ 공항하고 가까워서 첫날, 마지막날 이용했는데 픽드랍 무료로 해주셨습니다. 체크아웃과 체크인시간도 조정해주셨고 궁금한점 있으면 바로 카톡으로 답변주셔서 빨리빨리 해결되었어요. 호텔에는 주차장도 있고 엘레베이터도 있어서 편했습니다. 다음에도 사이판 또 오고싶은데 그때도 이용하려고 생각하고있어요! 1층에 강남치킨은 한국인 사장님이 운영하시는데 맛있고 맥주도 종류가 다양해서 좋았어요 ㅎ 추천할게요 강추!!
