Good location by the marina. Great view. A little run down looking. Staff not always interested in assisting. Great bar and bar staff.

The visit to the castle was pretty uneventful, the little gift shop was cute though! They charge $ to get in and I didn’t think it was worth it to be honest! It’s fine for a first timer, but not truly worth it in my opinion. Nice view but that’s about it.

I spent a week at the resort. Please realize that it is at the top of a steep, winding and rather raggedy road. The only way up and down is by calling cabs, which add up! Our unit was nice with a beautiful view, but the hot water heater continued to drip and the water piled up in the drain pan. (upon inspection, I saw it was quite old and horribly rusted at the bottom)The toilet was stopped up. IF you decide to go here, consider renting a car and/or stocking up on groceries so that you don't have to pay the high cost of the coffee cafe/gift store. Also be aware that, depending on which unit you're in, you'll have to get a driver and golf cart to get back and forth to the lobby or for a cab.

The resort is on a very high hill and the views are great! However, if you plan to stay here, consider renting a car. Trips up and down the steep, winding, raggedy road are by taxi and the fares can quickly add up. The food at the grille was ok. The on-site coffee cafe was rather expensive. Get your groceries before heading up there! Getting around the property requires a ride on the golf cart. Unfortunately, our unit had a leaky, rusted water heater and our toilet nearly overflowed the first night. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. The Greenhouse and Cutlass & Cane were my favorite places to eat. If you enjoy water sports, and beaches, St. Thomas is for you. As for me, all inclusive is the way to go!

10/10/10. Amazing views in every room, very clean. All units have kitchens. All units have balcony’s. My unit had a WORLD CLASS view. Everything you need is at the hotel, restaurant, bar, convenience store, jacuzzi, full gym, museum. Lots of privacy. I loved every minute of it. I did visit the ritz while I was there, for four times the price you can stay right on the beach but I would say bluebeards comes in at a close second to the ritz. Wonderful experience

Room and view are nice, service was adequate, but plan on waking up around 3:30 am when the roosters start crowing. They’re right outside the door and off the balcony - TV on, AC on high but still can’t drown out the noise.Would definitely not stay here again

Front desk staff is horrible! They are rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. The phones are in the room simply for decoration. You cannot even call the front desk for an emergency. When you do call from your own phone they are rude and completely NO HELP! There are so so so many steps! You can’t get anywhere on the property without walking 500 plus steps. The bars close at 9pm EVEN ON THE WEEKENDS! The store is open whenever they want to work so stock up before going. The pool is only 3 1/2 feet. The whole pool!! They have a little hut next to the pool that you’d think you’d be able to get towels from for the pool but No!!! You have to walk all the way back up 300 stairs to ask the rudest front desk staff for a towel to take back down all the stairs back to the pool. From a person that is used to authentic local food All The Food is terrible. The jacuzzi/hot tub has old sun tan lotion and no filtration system. Literally saw them just filling it up with a water hose in the morning. No room service. They have you put all of your dirty linens in a blue plastic bag upon checking out??? WTH!!! Room smelled like mildew. Floors were sticky. Cushions on the couch were worn and stained. Coffee maker was just for show…. Didn’t work! They have water stands because it’s so many stairs but in the 4 days I was there they NEVER had water in them. We went out for dinner and drinks and the locals laughed at where we were staying. The thing that’s crazy is that looking at these reviews people have BEEN complaining about all these same things so obviously management and the owners Do Not Care!!! I’ll never recommend and never come back! I suggest you don’t either. It was so terrible they actually made the island look bad. Super Disappointing….
