Beware. They won’t communicate or cancel even if they said they would. Multiple emails, texts and calls unreturned and still charged full price. This was due to an accident and they said they would refund at least half and then wouldn’t. Stay elsewhere.

Cold shower today and Sam Rey the manager refused to refund a penny of the $485 per night rate. Do not stay here. It is worth about $85 per night and reminded me of a Super 8 motel. One of our friends the Kocian’s also had cold water in the shower on June 14. Our issue was today on June 22 (am on June 23). This is a tourist trap and located up the hill from a large sewer plant. When you walk to dinner at Red Hook Marina you will gag on the poop sewer smell. Save yourself $400 and stay somewhere else. Their free breakfast is similar to Hampton Inn. Stale waffle, frozen link sausage or subpar bacon.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It’s on a hill about a 10 minute walk from Red Hook and both the car and people ferry. Very quiet with breakfast. We had scrambled eggs, link sausage, fried potatoes, toast, juice, and coffee two mornings and a blueberry waffle one morning instead of potatoes. We stayed in the Newport suite which had a full kitchen, a king bed, and bath shower en-suite. The porch with swing and table and chairs was extremely nice as were the people who were running the place. Be advised that the walk to Red Hook can be quite perilous so be careful until you reach the sidewalk. Also, there are several steps in the bathroom should you be physically challenged. Plenty of parking. Would advise taking a taxi to Charlotte Amalie as opposed to driving due to limited parking. There are plenty of taxis in Red Hook near the ferry docks. $15 per person one way.

Truly terrible! One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Not just one thing wrong but everything! Failed to pick us up at the airport as previously arranged, failed to give us the room we had previously booked, pitiful breakfast, awful room. Our room had no dresser, no closet, no night table, nothing. Nowhere to put anything so we couldn’t unpack. A gloomy miserable room with no view, cheap sheets and towels. Poor water pressure, little hot water. Lousy fast food breakfast. The is absolutely nothing good to say about Two Sandals. There are more details about the lack of attention to our needs but too boring to go into. I wouldn’t stay there again if it were free, let alone for $340/night.

This is a perfect place to stay if you need a room for one or two nights. It is a very clean and cute hotel. The staff was so friendly. It is a short walk to secret harbor to get some beach time (take the short cut down the alley road thru the gates). We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Very pretty place with views of the harbor. They were also able to provide a GF breakfast for me, which I appreciated. Breakfast was juice, sausage, scrambled eggs, and either toast or potatoes. Simple and the same for the week. Location is the main issue if you don't have a car. Walking to the town and ferry is possible but there is no sidewalk for parts of it, nor is there a safe place to cross. Driveway is very, very steep as well.

Based on the good reviews, we were very disappointed. First the good things - it was clean, we had a nice porch (we had the Malibu room), and there was plenty of space. Now the reasons we'd not stay here again: All of the rooms open directly to a large common area which was very noisy until very late into the evening, making sleep impossible. Room was spartan with one bare light bulb per room (depressing lighting). Although close to Red Hook, the walk was very dangerous (no sidewalks). IF you stay, be sure to ask them about their taxi service to the hotel. They have a deal for $10 from the ferry (a kilometer away). We got gouged on arrival for $38 for the same trip. I don't think that there are a lot of options close to Red Hook, so this was passable, but a big disappointment.

We had an amazing 3 night stay at this cute B&B. The owner is very sweet and made fresh breakfast every morning. Drip coffee was on the house and espresso drinks were just couple of dollars. Breakfast was wholesome with juice. Parking was on premises and free. We stayed in Malibu room, super cute one with porch, swing and an outdoor table. The room had a nice seating area with 2 chairs, table and TV. The bed was comfortable and large. A/C worked well. Bathroom was stocked with all amenities and beach towels.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel and vacation. Stayed 4 nights in the Malibu room that offers a balcony with a table and a hammock type swing with a view of Red Hook harbor. The room was clean and modern with a separate sitting area with a smart TV. Breakfast was fresh cooked and offered at 3 different times each morning and included a variety of foods. Easy walk to Red Hook downhill with plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars. Duffy Love Shack was our favorite but others were fun as well. Plenty of the local taxis available if you don’t feel like walking back to the hotel but note they will drop you off at the driveway and you will have to make the short walk up it yourself. We used the service provided as an option by the owners for airport pickup and drop off and it was well worth it. We also did the short walk to Secret Harbor beach one day and enjoyed it. It is a beautiful beach and had the opportunity to swim with sea turtles that were feeding in the water there. The beach wasn’t busy and the hotel there offered food and drink for those who wanted it. All in all a great trip and staying at Two Sandals made it even better. If you want to stay in the Red Hook side of the island, it is an excellent choice.
