A first class worthy of a first class, no more no less. No service at the hotel, everything is at the campanile opposite. The welcome provided by a young seasonal worker was perfect, as soon as the boss took over, it was without a smile and not very pleasant, it seems that she does not like people who book through trip.com. Usually, finally, each time, sleeping in first class gives you a discount for dinner at the campanile. Here nothing. Despite having a Hotel card, she did not want to do anything, because I booked through Trip.com, no sense of business and bordering on unpleasant 

Poor condition of the room, saltpeter, broken furniture, door not airtight, draft. In addition, very poor sound insulation, woken up several times by noise in the exterior corridors (up to 3am). Otherwise clean room, decent bedding. Personally, I would not repeat the experience.

Arrived at 11:30pm, the room had not been made. We had to wait more than an hour outside. The guard made it for us kindly but well…

The value for money is excellent. The hotel is clean with a large parking lot. The services largely correspond to the price. Breakfast in the restaurant shared with the campanile is a plus because the choice is large and the place pleasant.

On a business trip to Nantes. The staff and the organization were able to put breakfast at 6am instead of 6:30am, I thank them, rating 5/5. but the room I was given had no power in the sockets so no TV and alarm clock recharge. the replacement room had small defective lamps. cordially

I arrived and was given a warm welcome, very helpful staff, the rooms are beautiful and clean, the bed is comfortable, I honestly recommend this hotel a lot, the room has carpet on the floor
