En été 2024, j'ai eu une chambre dans laquelle j'ai eu l'impression d'être en boîte de nuit. De la musique trop forte, mon coeur s'est emballé. Ayant déjà des soucis de santé à ce niveau, je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit. J'aurai dû être prévenue par l'hôtelière. Un minimum de respect pour la clientèle est de prévenir et de laisser le choix entre une chambre bruyante et une chambre plus calme. Payer un tel prix pour ne pas dormir, quelle honte !!!!

Outstanding and well located hotel.
Great hotel in a great location, overlooking the harbor. Helpful staff way beyond the call of duty, they managed to find a dentist the same day following a loose crown incident. The hotel is recently renovated and very well appointed. Saint Raphael is a gem on the Côte d’Azur, plenty of nice restaurants and boutique stores.

Wir sind nun zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel am Hafen von Saint-Raphaël. Das letzte Mal vor zwei Jahren. Jetzt sind wir jedoch etwas enttäuscht. Inzwischen verdient es seine vier Sterne und die dazugehörigen Preise nicht mehr. Die Suite (Gatsby) ist zwar topp und sauber unterhalten, aber in den restlichen Räumen herrscht teilweise Unordnung und Chaos (z. B. ist der ehemalige separate Frühstücksraum gefüllt mit allerlei Gerümpel. Im Frühstücksraum im ersten Stock (abends Bar und Sushilokal) stehen ebenfalls unnötige Gegenstände rum und Stühle im Gang). Das Frühstuck ist eher spärlich und teilweise mit langen Wartezeiten für den Kaffee verbunden. Frischer Orangensaft wäre angebracht bei DEN Preisen, finde ich. Amadea ist für uns das Highlight. Eine wunderbare hilfsbereite aufmerksame Person. Ansonsten alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Из плюсов - Отличное месторасположение, чистые и уютные номера, великолепная уборка, завтраки выше всяких позвал, очень внимательный и готовый помочь персонал, особенно Амадея, Из минусов - этот отель не курортный, а, скорее, городской, предназначенный для демисезонных путешествий, Ужасно шумно в уикенд

A fuir ! Il est impossible de dormir à cause du restaurant juste en dessous qui passe de la musique très forte jusque trop tard ….! C’est honteux au prix de la nuit et surtout ce n’est pas pas communiqué au moment de la réservation… Et il y a pas le climatisation dans les chambres …

Slechte service, vuile tafels, onbeleefd jaren klant geweest gaan hier NOOIT meer terug!!! 4 sterren ha ha wat een lachertje bar vol met vuile glazen, tapijt goor, stinkende toiletten wat een bende. Was vroeger een 5 sterren hotel nu zou 1 ster voldoende moeten zijn!!
