This hotel looks great online, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We stayed for 3 nights, and from the moment we arrived, we encountered serious issues: 🔹 No hot water – We had to take cold showers due to a technical problem. 🔹 Horrible smell – The bathroom drain emitted a strong odor (similar to vomit), and the AC spread the smell into the room. 🔹 Leaking ceiling light – Water started dripping from a ceiling light, raising major electrical safety concerns (220V and water should never mix). 🔹 Very small room & noise – The room was tiny, poorly insulated, and we could hear our neighbors coughing through the walls. To make matters worse, the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t move us for the first two nights. Only on the third night were we relocated to another room. The lady at the front desk did her best but had no authority to truly resolve the issues. Despite filing a formal complaint with the hotel manager, we received no refund, no compensation, and no commercial gesture whatsoever. This showed a total lack of customer service and accountability. Until this hotel seriously improves its maintenance, safety, and management practices, I do not recommend staying here.

Le personnel est accueillant et attentif au moindre détail. On sent bien que le client est au coeur des préoccupations. C'est aussi pour ça qu'on choisit un hôtel plutôt que tout autre solution d'hébergement. D'un point de vue plus pratique c'est un petit hôtel très bien situé proche de tout et a 5 minutes à pied de la gare.

Ottima posizione in una via parallela all strada principale ma più silenziosa. Stanza molto bella e pulita. Personale disponibile, colazione di qualità e varia. Parcheggio a pagamento disponibile a 500 mt al costo di 14 euro per notte. Soggiorno molto piacevole.
