在聖彼得堡算不錯的酒店了，房間空間比較大，就是前台英文不是很好，藉助翻譯AI倒也是沒問題，早餐也可以。走路到冬宮大概30分鐘。離捏瓦大街也不遠

2點以後才能辦理入住，房間在俄羅斯同類別的酒店中難得的寬敞，早餐豐盛，一次性用品需要問前台要，酒店離冬宮比較近。

住了三天，非常滿意，河景和城景很好看，位置去主要景點打車都是十幾分鍾，離取錢的天然氣銀行和存錢的銀行都很近，對面就是24小時便利店。房間裏面也很大很好看。早飯不錯，前台會説英語，很熱心。我手機掉在出租車上了前台還幫着找回來，非常滿意的居住體驗。

入住河宮酒店的體驗非常糟心，這是我第一次在攜程上留下差評，提醒大家注意
1. 虛假宣傳：酒店宣傳圖中的景觀庭院和噴泉根本不存在，這些誤導性的圖片在投訴後才被刪除。
2. 收費混亂：酒店前台多次更改收費標準，最初告知是2400盧布，後來改為800盧布，刷卡時又變為1800盧布。前台故意混淆“Eight hundred”和“Eighteen hundred”，讓人困惑。最終我據理力爭，才未付款這筆費用。
3. 外賓登記費爭議：酒店收取每位外賓300盧布的“登記費”，但我在俄羅斯其他酒店並未遇到類似收費。這個費用並非政府規定，很多住客也對此提出了質疑。預訂前建議仔細查看評論。
4. 城市税：每人每晚100盧布的城市税是合理的，但根據當地法律，如果衹住一天，當天的税費是不收取的。酒店並未提及這一點。
5. 設施一般：酒店設施普通，旁邊還有個垃圾堆，環境欠佳。

來俄羅斯10天，莫斯科-聖彼得堡。中間4個不同的酒店。這個是唯一需要收我300每個人盧布税的酒店。總體評價，不友好。對於中國人來説，我中午12點到酒店。需要2點才可以入住。（其它4-5星俄羅斯酒店，我沒有遇到這個問題）好在還能寄存行李。房間沒有牙刷類配備。最後一個，離市區真的遠。
