Clean and tidy. Nice comfy bed. Spacious room plus the refrigerator was really helpful for keeping my foods from being spoiled. Nice restaurant. Highly recommend this place. It’s worth the price. Thank you

Do no book!. I probably should take legal action against this hotel. I had my wedding reception at this hotel in August. It started with the foyer space being WAY too small for the guest list, despite promised otherwise. The hotel had canceled our hotel room, so the Bride and I had to stand in the lobby for a half hour fighting with the desk clerk to get a room, which delayed everything about the reception. We were promised 2 bartenders, and only 1 was there, and with over 200 guests, and the small foyer, this caused multiple problems. Due to the crowed and the queue, few people got to sign the guest book, or have hors d'oeuvres. The back drop fell twice upon us during the dinner. Not once, twice. Besides embarrassing for the wedding party, this could have been a huge safety issue with candles, and having us seated on a raised platform. Many guests complained of the steak being undercooked, cold, and way over done. And when it was over, the sales director sent us a bill for more money claiming extra people were at the wedding. Which is absolute lie. The truth is less people came then we paid for. When we mentioned all the problems, we did not get an apology, we just got a reduced rate in what we “owe” them for the extra people they claim were there. My bride is livid, and it has ruined the memory of her wedding day.

Spent one night here for a quasi-business trip. Check-in went fine except we had a question for the manager -- no manager on property that afternoon. The room was comfortable and included a coffee maker, frig & microwave. Bed was very comfortable. Had a nice dinner in the restaurant. Our problem came at checkout the next morning. Another person's charge for breakfast was placed on our room (we didn't eat breakfast in the hotel) and the staff did not know how to correct the bill. Asked to speak to a manager and was told one was not on property. That's two days in a row that no manager was on the property to respond to guests. In summary, we experienced inadequately trained staff with no management oversight. I will avoid this hotel in the future.

Lack of good English tea bags. Sullen housekeeper who brought some to room. The check in receptionist was a redeeming feature, warm, welcoming & kind. There appeared to be some rather unsavory characters lurking around entrance that really put me off. drinking & smoking. Also the room temperature was freezing, no response altering temperature & so loud I could not sleep despite my head under the pillow very uncomfortable!. I would not stay there agIan, not a good experience. Supposed to be handicapped room, but no bars near toilet & I struggled to get off seat, only one safety bar at one end of shower, not at all a good handicap bathroom!

Renee at the front desk is amazing! Helpful, accommodating and informative! She helped us out when there was a small situation with not having the room we reserved because they were so booked and she was able to reserve our room on the same floor as our family who was traveling with us. The gentleman at the front desk was also very kind and friendly but we didn’t catch his name. The staff in the restaurant, for breakfast, were also very friendly and accommodating, as well. Very sweet employees were on staff during our long weekend. The rooms were clean and stocked for our stay, the bed comfortable and had a full size couch/pull out bed. They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 10 mile radius (which is a small hiccup because the airport and Mall of America are a few miles outside of that). We used the shuttle 2 different days to take us to the music festival we were there for and both gentlemen were very kind, friendly and safe drivers. The kids reported the pool was on the small side but not many are there specifically for the pool, so it’s a nice bonus to even have one and a hot tub. Despite the hotel being full, it was still quiet and our sleep was never disrupted. We stay at Double Tree Hiltons a lot when we travel and we were pleased with this one, too. The staff was pleasant when we arrived however unknowing to us when we booked a room there is a $13 a day parking cost, this is not the Ritz but a travelers and workers hotel. Room was clean etc.. . we were late and went to the restaurant and the food was mediocre at best but costly and the drinks were more that the food by alot. FYI the restaurant / bar close at 9pm. When we returned from work our room was not cleaned. For what was paid, service was less than expected.
