We booked Randolins just for 1 night as we took Glacier Express from St Moritz. The hotel receptionist kindly waited for us beyond 10pm closing time and helped to check in. The room was small but clean. Fresh air from the window not from the air conditioner and drinking water from the tap is something missing in daily life. The bathroom was on the corridor, but there were no neighbors so it was convenient and easy to use. I would say it is value for money.

Room is nice and clean. Their restaurant has a wonderful Mountain view. The location is a bit far from train station but the hotel provides a free ride from hotel to train station.

Wir haben als Familie (4 Personen) in einem 4-Bett Zimmer im Hostel des Randolins Familienresort verbracht. Gegenüber den bisher bekannten Hostels hat diese einige grosse Vorteile: + Sehr geräumige Zimmer + Gratis Shuttlebus von und nach St. Moritz + Bergbahnen sind inklusive (ab. 2 Nächten) + Wellness-Bereich optional dazubuchbar (unglaubliche Aussicht aus Sprudelbad) + Bereits bezogene Betten + Sehr coole Schatzsuche für die Kinder + Perfekter Familiy Deal (Optional kann das sehr reichhaltige und mit selbstgemachten Produkten gespickte Frühstücksbuffet des Hotels gebucht werden) Wir haben die Zeit im Hotel sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank an das durchwegs gastfreundliche Randolins-Team.

Great location, clean, confortable. Walking distance to the ski lift. Great breakfast buffet in the hotel, tranquil location, free shuttle is a plus! Ideally for those who love to ski and don’t want to pay the premium of staying in St Moritz!

We stayed for two nights with two people, the hostel was clean, the only two "flaws" were the stairs (we were on the 3rd floor) and the shared bathrooms (correctly indicated on the booking). We were followed diligently at the reception by Mr. Di Bella Sergio, punctual, precise on the reports (places, hotel package, etc.). The hotel restaurant is absolutely worth trying, good wine list and fondue that respects local tradition and quality. Overall very good for a stay of a few days.
