Im Hotel wurden Zimmer und Lobby dieses Jahr geschmackvoll renoviert, alles ist in Top–Qualität. Der tolle Spa–Bereich wurde um einen Outdoor–Pool erweitert, was besonders im Sommer wertvoll ist. Super Hotel für Familienurlaub im Sommer wie im Winter.

It's hard to review numerous hotels when you are traveling but the Grand Hotel Des Bains Kempinski makes this one easy. We stayed here with our two kids in August 2024 and really enjoyed everything from pickup at the train station in a private shuttle to departure. The service level is clearly five star. They respond quickly to every request and with enthusiasm and kindness. They were really good to our kids including providing nice stuffed animals at check in and making sure they had snacks and that the snacks were tailored to my sons allergy. The food at the buffet for breakfast was phenomenal. The Italian restaurant was also well worth it's reviews and ratings. Despite our kids being young, they were really gracious at that Adrianos and provided them with a five star meal. The spa and gym facilities were some of the best we had seen in Switzerland. The outdoor yoga terrace ? Unreal. The gym was fully stocked with new equipment also which was unique for such a historic hotel. The hotel pool and spa area were also top tier. They also provide you with lift tickets which is the only hotel in Switzerland that did that for us. Also bus tickets. That made our mountain hiking day so much more convenient. Also we really loved the outdoor patio at the front which we could sit outside and snack with the kids while having champagne. Every detail of the hotel was perfect. Also really love the history of the hotel and the uniqueness of the property. It's worth it just to walk around. This hotel deserves to be #1 in St Moritz.

This is a beautiful, stately hotel located on the opposite side of St. Moritz. There is no A/C but they will bring you a fan. You'll need to use public transport to get you to/from the old town or you can hike up the hill. The staff is superb and the included breakfast plentiful.

We had adjoining suites that were massive in their own right. When combined, our space was larger than many homes. There was a kitchenette in each room and a bath and a half. Pure luxury. We had a lovely view of the mountains with sounds of cow bells every morning and evening. A huge pool added to our enjoyment.

Great hotel, one of the best Kempinskis in central Europe. Fantastic wellness, great food, very professional staff, whatever we wanted, to got it. The only issue I can see, is the fact, that no rooms have AC. Which is quite bad during a few days in summer, which can be quite hot, over 20 degrees. I was told, that it is not possible due to some restrictions in this area and no other hotels also have AC.

Second time coming to this wonderful hotel and it’s truly a home away from home. The staff is amazing, helpful and kind. The food and drinks are excellent and the hotel is so chic and elegant. Probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had, truly of amazing quality.

This hotel is kind of a Brideshead Revisited. It is very nice outside, and service is excellent. Valet parking. Room is not very big, although we had a nice balcony. There were plenty of closet space, very good. Both shower and (separate) bath tub. Separate toilet. Separate blankets in double bed (good!) but it was far too thick for a summer. Spa is very nice! Very good breakfast. The only problem was air-conditioning in the room. There was not such. Hotel is obviously luxury and it is also rather expensive, over 500 euros per night. Even while evenings are cold also summertime, room is warm, too warm for a 5 star hotel.
