Perfekte Lage, außergewöhnlicher Blick auf den See, ruhig, Zimmer hervorragend, Matratze und Bettwäsche von bester Qualität, Turndownservice perfekt auch zu späterer Uhrzeit, Sauberkeit Zimmer top, Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, Kulinarik top! Spa mit Aussenpool, Whirlpool und Saunen perfekt zum Entspannen. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit für eine der vielfältigen Massagen. Service absolut einzigartig, vom Butler, Concierge, Restaurants, Zimmerservice, Skiservice, gleichbleibend freundlich und zuvorkommend, kein Wunsch bleibt offen! Shuttleservice rund um die Uhr, stets sofort verfügbar. Für Vierbeiner wird auch liebevoll gesorgt, Körbchen, Knochen und Spielzeit stehen im Zimmer bereit, es ist sogar ein Menü für Hunde im Angebot! Our stay at the Carlton Hotel in St. Moritz was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning location, luxurious atmosphere, and most of all, the incredible service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request, ensuring that our every need was met with a smile. Our room was spacious, elegantly designed, and offered breathtaking views of the Alps and Lake St. Moritz. The hotel’s facilities, including the spa and dining options, exceeded our expectations, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and indulgence. The location is ideal, just a short distance from the town center and ski slopes, with convenient shuttle service available. I had a great staying! The staff is very gentle and available, the rooms are big, the interior of the hotel is elegant and cozy and the lake view is just priceless. The best part of all was the spa, one of the best I’ve been to. Also 5 stars for the Grand Restaurant at the hotel!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend al Carlton St. Moritz dal 7 al 9 marzo e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente meravigliosa. L’hotel è un vero gioiello, con camere spaziose, pulitissime e una vista spettacolare sulle montagne. Il livello di comfort e l’attenzione ai dettagli sono davvero impeccabili. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di rilassarci nella SPA, ampia e dotata di ogni comfort. Ogni giorno alle 17:30 viene organizzata una speciale seduta in sauna con oli essenziali, un’esperienza davvero rigenerante. Per la cena, abbiamo provato la fonduta al ristorante Gondola, un’idea originale e suggestiva: si mangia all’interno di cabinovie posizionate all’ingresso dell’hotel, un’esperienza unica e molto romantica! Dopo cena, ci siamo rilassati sorseggiando un drink nel salone accanto all’enorme camino, un ambiente caldo, accogliente e con ottimi cocktail. La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta, a soli tre minuti a piedi dal centro di St. Moritz, facilmente raggiungibile tramite un percorso pedonale o con le comode navette dell’hotel. Tra i servizi offerti c'è anche lo ski pass e un negozio per il noleggio dell’attrezzatura, che purtroppo questa volta non abbiamo utilizzato. L’unico rimpianto? Il poco tempo trascorso! Un weekend è decisamente troppo breve per godersi a pieno questo angolo di paradiso. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Der Aufenthalt im Carlton war wunderschön. Wirklich alles war perfekt. Vor allem die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war einzigartig. Aber auch der Spa-Bereich und das restliche Ambiente waren wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Auch der Service und die Küche lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Man hat sich sofort wie "zu Hause" gefühlt!

The Carlton hotel is “Top of the World” The staff are very professional, warm and kind,exceeded all expectations. Everything is perfect: spectacular views, wonderful location, live music at the bar,, very good breakfast,tasty food at restaurants,impecable service, clean rooms with outstanding views, excelent spa, the attention to details… all absolutely amazing!

Ein rundum perfektes Luxus-Hotel. Sehr stimmiges Design, geschmackvolle Kombination aus Tradition, Moderne und durchgängig hochwertiger Qualität in allen Bereichen - vom Empfang, über die großzügigen Suiten mit ihren wunderbaren Betten, das exquisite Frühstück samt tollem und aufmerksamem Serviceteam…sehr sauberer und gepflegter Wellnessbereich und Pool. Unser Lieblingsort ist täglich die Belle Etage gewesen…Teatime & more. Bemerkenswert sind auch der professionelle Skiservice und -keller, die Fahrer & Doormen aber ganz besonders das Conciergeteam

Great stay
During our stay, we found the majority of the staff to be exceptional in their service and friendliness. However, we did encounter a slight challenge with the concierge. Unlike the rest of the team, his demeanor felt a bit less welcoming, and we often had to work harder to extract information from him.
Typically, we expect concierges to be eager to share insights and provide helpful recommendations.
Overall, while our experience was largely positive, a more engaging approach from the concierge would have enhanced our stay even further.
