unser Zimmer war in einem sehr schlechtem Zustand mit Schimmel, kaputten Wand und kaputten Spiegel. Der Fernseher funktioniert immer noch nicht (wie in den anderen Bewertungen geschrieben)

bom. Boa localização, em frente com parada de ônibus que leva até o local para estação de ski, café da manhã bem servido. Fui em dezembro época mt fria, a climatacao do quarto ruim. O frio no quarto me incomodava. O restaurante embaixo do hotel é mt bom “Ricardos” oferece cardápio com diversas opções de massas, pizza, calzone..

This property IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. PLEASE READ. Our room was a double room. Our balconies were completely obstructed by scaffolding and construction wrap. Workers started making noise at 7:00 am. Smoking and talking outside the balcony. One worker tried to open the door and said they were sorry didn’t know we were in the room. The door handle was broke to our room. Our children’s shade would not close to the balcony. All they had were curtains. When we mentioned our concerns all they said was sorry and that they would tell the manager. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I stayed one night at his hotel after completing a Glacier express trip. This was easily the worst hotel I stayed during my trip to Switzerland. I paid a rate for a five star hotel room (over $800/night)). It was actually more expensive than 5* hotels I stayed in Lucerne, Geneva, Basel and Bern. . There was NO hot water past 10pm. The entrance and access to the elevator is through a dark and smelly (mixture of cigarettes and kitchen odors) corridor. . Nobody was picking up the phone when I tried to call and complain about the water. There is no fridge in the room. This felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Hugely overpriced for the amenities. I would avoid.
