All the staff were polite and smiley.
When they noticed that I didn't understand English, they quickly rephrased it for me in a simpler way. They also managed to guess what I wanted to say even though my English was poor.
The only thing that bothered me was that the hair dryer in the room didn't work.

The location is quite central, with supermarkets, restaurants and mountain cable cars just outside. I highly recommend staying here! The room was small, cozy and clean. The only downside is that there is no kettle.

The receptionists were helpful and friendly, providing all the necessary information.
Comfortable, clean and spacious room.
Breakfast was ok, but we had a problem no communication from the staff. Breakfast was a buffet included. They offered us scrambled eggs, which we accepted, and then suddenly the bill came for 12 Swiss francs. The problem wasn't paying, but rather that we were never informed that something as simple as an omelet would be charged. The staff at the café were also not friendly. special mention to the employee Carlos, very helpful and friendly

The room was as described, basically the same, the location was good, in the center of the town, free train station pick-up was available in advance, and the breakfast was quite rich. Swiss hotels are indeed a little expensive, but the overall hardware and service are considered good among European countries.
