DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels in St. Louis

The hotel is old, but clean, the location is close to the university town and the forest park, it is more convenient for families to go to WashU. But going to school and other places depends on Uber

We needed a place to stay by the airport and this worked out great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were down, which was nice to sleep on. And of course, the cookies were deliciously gooey and warm! The front desk staff suggested picking up IMO’s pizza for dinner and it was yummy. Thanks! We would stay here again.

During the time of my stay, I to kill a roach, let’s start there. The roach cane from behind the dresser that the TV stands on. Also I wasn’t able to access the WiFi until the second day I was there. I only had 1 face towel, but I’m not sure if that’s policy or not, I was able to get more. Lastly, the sheet was supposed to be white. Instead, it was almost grey. I did take it off the bed and just used the comforter. The girl who checked me in at the front desk, was as helpful as she could be and was pleasant.

It was nice to be able to check in immediately after showing the reservation copy. There is no complaint about the cleanliness of the room. I am totally satisfied.
