Hotels with Breakfast in Saint Helier

The location was fantastic with views over the Marina and the little island with the Fort. The breakfast was good and the customer service was wonderful, we got our room upgraded due to an check in error made causing a delay. We were very happy with the upgraded room. The only thing that could be improved was the Spa treatments as there was only 1 person that did the massage and he was booked out during our weekend trip. More spa treatments should be made available with more than 1 staff member. Also the lady who did nails, manicure/pedicures was also not available during the weekend.

Very good service, the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the room service is also very good: 1. After each room cleaning, they will help fold the pajamas, replenish water and food, and leave the name of the cleaner 2. The front desk answered the phone very quickly. We encountered three problems, all of which were solved within 5 minutes. 3. The location is excellent, only 3 minutes away from the bus station, behind is the city center (central market), and it is very close to all the Internet celebrity restaurants (except Oyster box and other restaurants on the beach) 4. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large, the facilities are new, especially the bathroom, the supporting facilities are sufficient and use Th White Company suits.

The service / staff are amazing here. There is a Portuguese girl on reception who is really sweet and another European girl on reception too. There is a cocktail specialist in the bar who really knows his stuff (I think he’s Indian). Staff at the breakfast in the morning are really good too! Try the oat milk latte. Big disappointments are: the single beds are uncomfortable in the twin rooms with awful pillows. The pool in the spa is a bit dirty, the lighting gives the perception that the environment is cleaner than it actually is. The breakfast has no fresh fruit, surely you can provide daily watermelon, fresh pineapple and melon etc.

Stayed here for two nights for a surprise birthday for my son who live in jersey.. very disappointed room 208 fort noticed black mould around the bath told reception nothing they could do ? Then woke up during the night and sat on the Engel of the bed window side only for a sharp pain and stabbing in the back of top of my leg a metal spring sticking out went down to reception and seen two males on reception that was around 2 am then went down again at 6am told them I couldn’t sleep in that bed showed them photos and video I did my wife went down for breakfast at 9:30 meeting up with my son and his children staying in another room and seen the young girl on reception told them I couldn’t girl what had happened with the spring and my leg. The receptionist came up to my room and asked could she see the spring to where we pulled the covers back and a big spring sticking out which had obviously been like that for awhile because everything was frayed around the spring she said she would move us, which didn’t happen my wife then went around doing a bit of shopping and came back only to be told nothing had been sorted out yet.at 1:345 pm went down again waiting to move rooms because we had to start getting ready for the party at 4 o’clock still nothing no room move the same girl on reception seemed like she wasn’t bothered I’ve now got scratches all down my left leg due to this spring sticking out of this mattress

I have deliberately split this into two and ideally would have given this overall a 3.5 rating. Food wise it is a 4 all the way. We ate in the restaurant on our first evening and the quality and portion size were very good, the wine was reasonably priced and the service good. The breakfasts were promptly served with a good choice especially on the cooked side. Hotel wise is a 3. We asked to move rooms as we didn't want to be next to the terrace on the ground floor and this was accommodated. The room we ended up in was very clean and the bed was comfortable with everything you need. The tea tray was well stacked. The downside is the general decor and furnishings. Clearly all the money has gone on the downstairs and it just needs some TLC. All the staff outside the restaurant were pleasant enough but nothing to rave about as have seen with other reviews. We would come again as the walk to town was only 15 mins but it would be hard to stay in winter as the fan was needed to mask the road noise.

This was our 2nd stay at the Grand Jersey Hotel having previously stayed in 2014. As before we booked a Park View Room. The hotel has not changed much since our previous visit and is essentially comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect, taxi from the airport was around £20, or you could take the No 15 bus, which stops close to the hotel. Our room was located on the ground floor and was comfortable. We found the bathroom frustrating as the design did not make the best use of the space and was rather dated. The shower itself was reasonably powerful, although the shower screen itself leaked at the bottom creating a puddle on the floor. A minor gripe but something that needs attention. Breakfast was included and was of a good standard and variety. Choice of fruit, cereals, cold cuts, breads and most importantly the hot selection, nice bacon, sausages, eggs, etc, from the buffet. You could also order other items like smoked haddock, etc, if required. We didn’t eat in the hotel in the evening, but enjoyed pre-dinner drinks in the champagne bar, most evening. There is a nice indoor pool, complete with steam room and sauna. Changing rooms and showers were good, but the keypads for the locker doors were temperamental The hotel is not perfect and in places could do with some investment/refurbishment in places, however, it quite relaxing and a good base in St Helier.

The room is large. The toilet flush button is not easy to use, and the heating is not on at night, so it is quite cold. The service attitude is very good, the breakfast is not bad, and the restaurant environment is elegant and comfortable.

Very good living experience, although the location is a bit far from the city center, but the price is also corresponding to the affordable point, and the facilities, environment, service are good, there is a supermarket next to it, the sea is opposite the road, very quiet. Also bring a bar. Recommended ～

This is an amazing hotel. It is in a great location only about 4 mins from the main shopping area. Our room was large, very clean and well decorated. Food was amazing with a varied menu for our evening meal. The staff were fantastic, attentive, friendly and very hardworking. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Jersey.
