The hotel is new and still in its infancy. It shows. There are no minibars in the rooms. The equipment is quite basic. The reception staff sometimes have difficulty speaking French. We're not in a 4-star hotel in terms of service.

Initially, I booked the hotel based on reviews, but I didn't know where Saint-Denis was and its crime rate, when I researched the issue I was scared to go. In reality, it is completely safe here, at least in the hotel and its surroundings, we returned to the hotel no later than 21 by metro, the stop is 2 minutes away and only 2.5 euros. The hotel itself is excellent, new, clean, has everything you need. Very nice staff at the reception, we got to Orly airport in just 30 minutes, but that was at 4 am. There is a delicious bakery next to the hotel, no matter what time you come there are always customers, apparently it is in demand among locals. The prices are also nice. In general, I definitely recommend the hotel and location.

The room is very big and new. It is said that it took seven or eight years to build and was not opened until the Paris Olympics. I am impressed by the efficiency of the French. However, the hotel as a whole is very good, with good service, convenient transportation, and not far from the exhibition.
