Very good, convenient, good location, check-in anytime, convenient when staying often.

The room is compact but fully equipped with air conditioning, microwave and refrigerator. You can take a bath and drink tea every day. The transportation is very convenient. It is about 200 meters away from Fuchinobe Station. There is a bus to the city center at 4:40 in the morning.

The reviews online were not high, but when we arrived and checked in, we were surprised. The hotel was exceptionally clean, much cleaner than domestic hotels. There was an electric kettle and microwave in the room, which was very convenient and suitable for family stay.

I should have accepted the room change. In the end, I was not able to stay.

I stayed here without meals. It was my first time staying at Hotel Livemax, and the price was very reasonable, so it was good. I felt that the hotel amenities and room size were appropriate for the price. Also, the restaurants connected to the hotel were offering a 10% discount, which I thought was great. There was a convenience store nearby and the surrounding atmosphere was nice, so I would like to stay here again.

When I arrived at the hotel and tried to check in, I was told that they were overbooked. I was able to stay there after a cancellation, but they charged me an extra fee to park my car, even though they had a parking lot. To top it all off, the toilet was broken and water wouldn't flush even when I turned the lever partway. When I wanted to use the toilet, I had to go up to the reception on the second floor, which was very inconvenient.

It was conveniently located near the station! There is a yakitori restaurant on the second floor, and guests can get a 10% discount. However, you must spend 2000 yen or more to get there. There are many restaurants near JR Fuchinobe Station, so it is not recommended for business travelers. It is two stops from JR Machida Station.

This time I booked this place because my friend was at a nearby station. Needless to say, the size of the room is the same in all hotels in Japan. The hotel is old, the facilities are a bit old, and there is a lot of dust in some corners. In addition, the lighting is a bit dim and the feeling is not very good. It is not recommended for friends with mysophobia to stay here.

It might be fun to imagine it as a secret base where the equipment is no longer functional and for some reason electricity and water are still running.

It's cheap and within walking distance of the station, which is great. There's a convenience store nearby in just a minute, and a ramen shop too. However, drunk people and young people are noisy in the nearby parking lot. Even on weekdays. I wanted to close the window. But if I do, the room will be dirty and I'll want to ventilate it next time. The air conditioner, lights, window frames, under the bed, common areas, etc. are so dusty that it looks like they haven't been cleaned even once this year. I've posted some photos. If the health center came, I think they'd be in trouble. The cleaning around the bed is nice, but they should add more cleaning checklists. It's such a waste. I think it's so you can sleep well, but the room is dark. There are no outlets around the bed. I think that's inconvenient.

If you're looking for a place to sleep, this is the best place. If you're looking for something else, maybe you should look elsewhere? Also, there are a lot of universities in the area, and the top image is from Aoyama Gakuin University, so this is perfect for people like that.

Best with affordable price

I wonder if there are many people who stay for multiple nights? There is a supermarket nearby, so you won't have any trouble with shopping. There are also many izakayas, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat or drink.

It was convenient that it was close to the exam venue. Unfortunately, the room wasn't very clean. However, it's in a good location, so I'll use it again.
