Hotel Crown Hills Sagamihara - Photo Gallery

Very near JR station room size is ok compare to Japanish hotel. The room was a bit old an not so clean a lot of dust came out when you open Aircon. So we need to turn of the air con but it Ok since out side Temp was 14 so we open a bit of window to got airflow. After midnight was no train any more so it not to Noise if you open window. ABF was ok have some egg sausage rice with curry Fish . The hotel stuff was very polite. Room Rate is Ok

It was clean, comfortable and quiet. It's close to the station. The light bulb in the room was out, but the staff replaced it right away.

Pros: - Located 2 minutes from the metro station and buses; - Breakfasts available; - The staff is helpful and polite; Cons: - Very dirty. There are stains and peeling wallpaper in the room. The microwave area looks like it hasn't been cleaned for 10 years. We stayed in 2 rooms: in one we saw 1 small cockroach at night. In the other we found a huge black cockroach on the wall. And the hotel lobby is dark; - The breakfast is poor;

If it's close to the station and meets your needs, this is a perfect hotel. Amenities are also available. Apart from the breakfast and the crowds, it is generally satisfactory.

In the morning, they looked after my luggage and said I'd be back around 9am, but it ended up being around 10:30am, and they happily checked me in. The room and the hotel as a whole felt old, but it was clean! I had forgotten about breakfast, so I asked right at the end if it was still okay to eat, and they kindly told me there wasn't much to eat since it was the last minute, but I was happy to eat as much as I could! The location was great, close to the station!
