Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso un piacevole weekend in questo b&b. Che dire?Tutto perfetto,dalla posizione vicino al mare( 5 minuti scarsi di macchina o 10 minuti in bici a disposizione gratis in struttura),alla pulizia e comfort delle stanze..ma soprattutto alla disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari Rita e Roberto,veramente due persone squisite! Lascio per ultimo il commento alla colazione: TOP TOP TOP l!!..tutto fatto in casa,dai dolci alle marmellate!! Torneremo!!

Stunning hotel which was so modern and a high standard. The room was lovely. There is free parking. The room takes both two and three pin plugs. Lovely free toiletries, nice big shower. Super comfy bed. I used the pool, small jacuzzi part is heated and it was really nice. Other part isn't heated so was too cold. Breakfast was amazing! All fresh fruits and pastries and the best juice and yoghurts. Only cons for us were there was nothing around it in walking distance so you need a car. We had one so this wasn't an issue. The WiFi didn't always work and the TV although it had YouTube it was through the website so tricky to work. Would be fantastic with either Netflix or YouTube app built in! Sabaudia is around a 10 minute drive. The beach is beautiful. There is a supermarket around 10 mins away. A few nice restaurants om the town but it is very new feel town and not hugely cultural. Army base nearby. We used the hotel as a halfway stop over from Rome to pompeii. Would be great as an adult only hotel. Thank you so much for our stay, it was very relaxing

Prenotiamo una stanza al telefono vista lago per poi scoprire in loco che si tratta della struttura gemella SUL LAGO oltre la strada. Nulla di grave ma Scomodo visto che volevamo scendere a mare direttamente. Andava precisato in sede di prenotazione. Cambiamo per una stanza di categoria superiore vista mare, che per 450€/notte circa è piccola (per gli standard e costi), al primo piano sopra le cucine per cui odori a gogò di prima mattina, e poco insonorizzata per cui sentiamo spostamenti, trasporti, sbattimenti vari e perfino una gran quantità di vetro buttato alle 7.30 del mattina, un piacevole risveglio. Camminando scalzi appena entrati il pavimento presenta parecchia sabbia sotto i piedi, eppure doveva essere stato appena pulito. Lo staff delle pulizie viene a fare il cambio asciugamani anche il pomeriggio e sono estremamente cortesi. La vasca idromassaggio fuori in terrazzo non funziona, l'aria condizionata è bloccata su 24°, in stanza ce ne sono quasi 26 e dopo due ore non si arriva a 24. Un TV piccolo, la mancanza di indicazioni tipo la password della wifi o altro e la porta che non sempre si chiude (ricontrollate bene, noi l'abbiamo trovata accostata e non chiusa dopo un cambio asciugamani pomeridiano) completano il tutto. In compenso asciugamani e accappatoio (anche se uno dei due mezzo strappato andrebbe sostituito) ciabattine di cortesia e biscottini di benvenuto apprezzati. Passiamo alla parte ristorante: Vibo in grandi quantità ma scarsa qualità a prezzi alti, menù ridotto presentato su fogli di carta spiegazzati e sporchi. Staff poco attento tranne alcuni veramente bravi. Acqua poggiata sul tavolo non aperta e tantomeno servita. Colazioni con pochi prodotti freschi, succhi industriali, disposta in modo disorganizzata e spazi stretti, c'era una gran confusione per servirsi nonostante non fosse pieno. Ci hanno chiesto cosa volessimo bere, praticamente a fine colazione, pensa ad agosto che succede. Sui bar e servizio mare nulla da eccepire. Checkout alle 12 con ombrellone disponibile fino a quell'ora, ottimo. Avendo visitato qualche posto nel mondo ed in Italia stessa posso affermare con certezza che i prezzi stellari non sono giustificabili dalla zona visto che non siamo in Costa Azzurra e per l'offerta non da 4 stelle.
