Von der ebenso herzlichen wie originellen Begrüßung durch den Chef - eigentlich war es der Gatte der Chefin - über den Apero und ein Weltklassegemüserisotto bis zum Absacker nach dem Konzert ein Erlebnis an Gastfreundschaft. Super Stimmung, grandiose Terrasse, heimlich Zimmer - wir kommen wieder. Grossen Dank an das ganze Team.

Unser Deluxe Zimmer Nord-Ost war mit Terrasse/Balkon ausgeschrieben, leider war die "Terrasse" nur ein Sitzplatz auf Höhe der Hotelparkplätze, mit etwas Gebüsch davon abgegrenzt. Für 4 Nächte ist das für mich keine Erholung und auch kein Deluxe Zimmer oder es müsste genauer dokumentiert sein und dann hätte ich dieses Zimmer auch nicht gebucht. Zusätzlich fehlten auch die Hotelschlappen und der Bademantel, obwohl diese zum Zimmerangebot gehört hätten. Auch den Kopfkissen würde ein update wieder einmal gut anstehen, sie waren völlig platt. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut und der Service nett, das Hotel hat auch eine schöne, leicht ethöhte Lage. Das Ganze war aber so nicht stimmig und für den perfekten Aufenthalt fehlte einfach zuviel.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Hotel zum erholen. Standort, Komfort Wellness und Verpflegung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel ist auch ein idealer Ausgangpunkt um Ausflüge mit dem Bike oder Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Perfekter Ort für uns zwischen den Saisons um Abstand zu gewinnen vom Alltag. Personal war super freundlich und charmant. Selbst der Besitzer war zuvorkommend und wusste zu überzeugen mit seiner Art und Weise. Und nicht zuletzt, dass Essen war einfach genial. Gerne wider!

For a visit to friends in Gstaad one night, we were recommended this hotel. Arrival was "interesting" since it seems to be located in a residential area, but once inside it looked very cosy. Very kind and helpful reception staff. Room was basic; can't say anything negative, but also nothing very positive. Was a bit cold and after mentioning that to the reception, they informed us this was due to there green/energy efficient system, but it would get better if we turned the heat up, which we did. Upon returning to our room, it was slightly better, including a distinctive "burning" smell. Breakfast was disappointing. Buffet looks nice, but upon closer inspection, the choices were not great. For the the one night it was fine and it served it's purpose, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays in the region. Not close (not walking distance) to Gstaad, nor to the skislopes. No idea in fact why it's located there.
