Enttäuscht waren wir vom Pool, dieser war zu kalt für einen Wellness Bereich.
Beim Frühstück hatte es keine Gipfeli oder Brötchen als wir kamen uns es war noch nicht spät. Mein Mann fragte nach und dann hat man ihm Aufbackgipfeli gebracht.

Voici notre 3 séjours dans cet hotel qui est toujours aussi fiable. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, toujours à l'écoute. La cuisine excellente et le petit déjeuner varié. La piscine, le fitness et la zone de repos sont très agréables et bien équipés.

Comme à chaque séjour, le service est excellent, le personnel est attentif et aux petits soins auprès des clients, les plats sont copieux et goûteux, la chambre est propre et joliment décorée. Un grand merci d’avoir augmenté la température de l'eau de la piscine, c’est beaucoup plus agréable pour se détendre. Cet hôtel est fidèle à ses valeurs et apporte toujours un service de qualité à ses hôtes. Notre prochain séjour est déjà réservé pour le mois de décembre !

Die Zimmer sind äußerst gemütlich, der SPA lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Frühstück ist authentisch und regional, und das Essen im Restaurant gehoben. Ich war vor Jahren bereits einmal im Groldhotel, doch heute ist es deutlich besser als damals. Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich, alles ist sauber, bestens organisiert und die Infrastruktur wird auf einem sehr hohen Standard gehalten. Es gibt viele schöne Fahrräder zur Miete, und die Region gleicht einem Märchenland. An einem Abend haben wir im Restaurant gegessen, und die Qualität der Speisen war hervorragend. Markus Sprenger hat sogar seine eigene Schweinsbratwurst kreiert – sie schmeckt ausgezeichnet! Die Weinkarte ist sehr umfangreich, mit vielen edlen Tropfen zu fairen Preisen.

Décoration désuète ; service fluctuant ; 2h30 pour un souper de 5 plats ; déjeuner avec des produits bas de gamme et des œufs Bénédicte dont le blanc est encore transparent ; les œufs sur le plat sont cuits en forme de cœur, mais sont froids, car préparés à l’avance ; Gstaad est à 10 km… Le spa et le fitness sont corrects ; il est facile de se parquer ; la viande de bœuf était excellente

Très bon accueil. Chambre et salle d'eau très joliment décorées et spacieuses. Différentes salles de restaurant. Cuisine fine. Buffet petit-déjeuner pas très fourni et identique chaque jour : les plats d'œufs sont cuits à l'avance et donc tièdes. Agréable petit buffet de gâteaux, mais peu fourni.
