C'était la 1ère fois que je venais en Autriche. Peu ou pas de Français dans cette région du tyrol. L'accueil a été parfait dans cet hôtel. La personne a la Réception qui avait travaillé en Suisse a même été jusqu'à réviser son Français sur son temps libre pour mieux nous recevoir. Petit déjeuner extra. Passe fourni par l'hôtel pour profiter des remontées mécaniques qui malheureusement ferment très tôt. Magnifiques paysages.

Es war wieder einmal wunderbar in diesem Hotel zu Übernachten. Perfektes Frühstück und auch ein sehr gutes Abendessen im Hotel. Supa freundliche Personal mit guter Ausstrahlung für diese gemüdliche Hotelanlage. Können wir nur weiter Empfehlen. lg

Wir waren 1 Woche über Neujahr 24/25 in der Lodge und hatten das Penthouse mit 7 und eine normales Studio mit 2 Personen gemietet. Die Lodge ist modern und sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Mobiliar und die gesamte Ausstattung neuwertig. Das Serviceteam war Spitzenklasse und es wurde jeder Bitte schnell und unkompliziert nachgegangen und Problemchen wurden schnell gelöst. Die Anbindung an die Pisten/Lifte war mit dem hauseigenen Shuttlebus aber auch mit den öffentlichen Linien- und Skibussen (Haltestelle vor dem Haus) hervorragend. Das Restaurant im Haus war sehr gut und man konnte alternativ direkt aufs Zimmer bestellen. Auch hier der Service hervorragend.Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und gut. Nochmals ein Danke an das Team der Avenida Mountain Lodge und von uns ein Servus bis zum nächsten Mal.

Cheaply perfumed stench, worn furniture, sagging mattress. If you are used to sleep next to your car, ask for a room in the ground floor, where is no AC /and to my surprise almost 30°C/ not possible to ventilate with the door whole night because ventilation position does not hold etc. You will do better sleeping in a tent or go to e.g. Glemm by Avenida, Wiesenegg or Goldstück which we have also visited in Saalbach. The breakfast staff was nice.

Avenida ist immer eine Empfehlung. Modern ausgestattet Suiten, mit viel Platz, ideal auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wir hatten eine 1-bedroom-Suite, sep. Schlafzimmer und hochwertige Schlafcouch, voll ausgestattete Küche, 2 große Bäder mit Rituals Produkten, große Terrasse. Zwar neben der Straße aber gut schallisoliert. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Joker-Card im Sommer inklusive für kostenlose Nutzung u.a. der Bergbahnen. Wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank!

Great Hotel! Fantastic breakfast! The restaurant was very good and the food well prepared. And most important: mega friendly and helpful staff! See you next time! We even got a ride with the hotel owned shuttle to the lift station in Saalbach.
