Great hotel, fantastic food, waiters, bar, bar staff. Love love love this place. Spa and pool are lovely. A walk is needed to the ski lift, if relatively fit for skiing it isn’t too far anyway Reception could be a little more welcoming and friendly but still a 5/5 experience

From our whole family, thank-you for a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautifully kept, with modern rooms and a fantastic spa. The location is perfect for accessing the slopes and apres bars. The staff were friendly and welcoming, they really made our stay. Tin, Mario and Florian were fantastic, couldn’t do enough for us each evening. Food was incredible, plenty of it and multiple choices each evening. Rooms were spacious and cleaned each day. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and will hopefully be back soon!

A must stay! The service here is fantastic and we stayed half board and had a delicious breakfast and dinner every day with great choices. Our servers Tin, Mario and Florian made our stay extra special. The pool and spa facilities here are also brilliant and perfect after a full day skiing! We would highly recommend staying here and hope we can return some day!

We had a very good experience. Close to lifts grocery store bars and restaurants, not that you need any. The spa is on the ground floor with steam bath, dry sauna, swimming pools combined with free water is fantastic. Food is very good. Highly recommended

Wij zijn net terug van een weekje Vaya. Na 2 jaar Kendler bij dit hotel uitgekomen omdat ze hier wel familiekamers hebben met volledige bedden voor de grotere kinderen (15 en 12) en geen slaapbank. Wij hadden een familiesuite met één slaapkamer. Inchecken ging erg soepel. Echter wij waren er voor 16.00 uur dus helaas was de kamer nog niet klaar. Gelijk het menu voor de avond gekregen en onze keuze doorgegeven. Daarna onze ski’s en snowboard en schoenen in de skiberging gezet. Enige wat we daar misten was wat meer bankjes om te zitten. We hadden kamer 107. De kamer was super, mooi en ruim. Ook genoeg kastruimte. In de badkamer was het enige dat de badkamerdeur en toiletdeur af en toe elkaar in de weg zaten. En dat je als lang persoon goed moet opletten dat je bukt bij sommige lagere deuropeningen. Enige minpunt waar we wat last van hadden was ‘s avonds apre-skiënde mensen die luidruchtig waren. Wij zaten namelijk aan de voorkant van het hotel aan de doorlopende straat en dat was goed hoorbaar. Het ontbijt was niet heel erg uitgebreid maar precies goed voor ons. O.a. gebakken ei, scrumbled eggs, worstjes, bacon, pancakes, vleeswaren, kaas, broodjes, croissants. De appelsap, jus en multivitaminen kwamen uit een pak maar dat vonden wij niet erg. Bij het ontbijt moest je je keuze voor het hoofdgerecht van het avondeten doorgeven. Vlees, vis of vegetarisch. Avondeten vonden wij goed. 1e en 2e gang was er in buffetvorm. Kon je zelf kiezen of je het wilde of niet. Hoofdgerecht en toetje werd uitgeserveerd. Het kinderbuffet was eenvoudig. Spaghetti, kipnuggets, friet, penne carbonara, aardappelkroketjes, kip of vissticks. Toetje was voor hun elke avond ijs. Maar prima voor ons kinderen. Wij hebben een hele goede wintersport gehad

Super freundlicher und individueller Service. Top Ausstattung und super leckeres Frühstück inklusive Laktose freier Produkte. Wir waren zum während der SKI WM vor Ort und sind so herzlich empfangen worden. Eine absolute Empfehlung in Saalbach.

After reading a few bad reviews on here I was a bit worried about our stay, but I can say that everything was pretty much perfect with our stay. Staff were great, rooms were fairly big, location was spot on (max 5 min walk to three different ski lifts) and the food was good. The wellness center was nice after skiing, could have had the pool a couple of degrees warmer but it’s fine. All in all great trip and I would highly recommend.

Das Hotel liegt in sehr zentraler Lage mitten im Ort. Alle Lifte sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war zwar klein, aber sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten! Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Abendessen ebenfalls. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Sehr guter Service! Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Geweldig hotel! De ligging is fantastisch. Midden in het dorp, vlakbij de skiliften, bars en winkels. Alles is op loopafstand. De bedden slapen heerlijk. De wellness is heel mooi en fijn. De bediening en service is zeer goed! Veel parkeergelegenheid, goed te bereiken.
