We spent 4 nights at the lodge and while it was good, the hotel has improvements to make if it wishes to become a 5 star hotel. Firstly, the staff were great, thank you to Laura the guest experience manager, and Silvia in the restaurant- both are an absolute credit to the hotel. Improvements could be made in the pool service which is close to non-existent. You cannot get any food at the pool, which is fine, but drink service is also poor. Guests were sent to the restaurant for drinks that they didn't have on the small bar. We also tried to book a boat via the hotel and were told transfers to the port (20 mins away) were €182 each way. We got our own taxi a few days later for dinner and it was €25. Not sure if the hotel are trying to keep you there but without a car you do feel somewhat trapped as nothing is nearby and they are not forthcoming with helping with taxis. Finally the gym is outdoors which suits the aesthetic but impossible to use post 9am as it's far too hot. Overall a nice few days, however room for improvement before we'd return.

Catastrophique rapport qualité-prix. Hôtel vendu comme un 5 étoiles mais prestations indignes : service inexistant, personnel réception odieux, piscine trouble, restaurant très cher et mauvais, nuisances visuelle et sonores avec la vue sur l'autoroute! On est loin du Petit coin de paradis, et en plus les commentaires sur Google sont écrit par de faut profils pour augmenter la note! Pratique honteuse!!! Seul le yoga et le petit-déjeuner étaient corrects.

Laura was amazing! She set up the most beautiful engagement picnic for us in the lavender fields at The Lodge in Mallorca. Everything was perfect, stress free, and beyond what we imagined. Highly recommend!

We came to The Lodge for my wife's 40th Birthday and genuinely have never been anywhere more incredible, more beautiful or more perfect for this special occasion. We booked it quite last minute as a different hotel let us down with our reservation and we couldn't be more glad because The Lodge is actually heaven on earth! Every single detail from the moment we arrived was perfect. We have to give special mention to Laura who went above and beyond to make this trip so incredibly special for my wife and for us. She was on hand what felt like 24-7, responding to every message, every question, making every ask possible. From restaurant bookings to helping coordinate the most beautiful breakfast in our room, to a picnic set up in the orchard for just us. We cannot thank her and all the wonderful staff at The Lodge enough. They really make this place what it is. The setting is truly magic - the decor, the pool and of course the most stunning restaurant with some of the best food we've ever had. We were going to eat out at a few different places but ended up having dinner in the restaurant every night and lunch most days. We could not have dreamt of a more perfect place to spend 5 days together and we cannot wait to come back.

The property is very beautiful, with amazing pool area, the rooms are very nice, will designed and with nice amenities. However the service in my opinion is not on par. You can’t order food at the pool and have to go to the restaurant, which I would strongly encourage the hotel to review and at least allow some snacks at the pool. The barman is never to be found at the pool, we had to message reception every time we wanted to order drinks. It’s fine if he doesn’t want to hang out there, but then there should be another system in place so that it’s accessible and you can order drinks any time you want, think it’s quite standard for a 5 star hotel. And lastly I got stuck in a very small bathroom space, I got quite anxious, the staff eventually heard me and got me out. But I didn’t get an apology from the hotel team, it’s quite standard to send something as an apology gesture (e.g. a treatment on the house, a bottle of something, a mean etc), however this wasn’t acknowledged at all. Overall an ok hotel for the price, but the service is not on par.

The Lodge is just an amazing property with so many recreational options, it’s situated in this beautiful lavender field and they have four hiking trails, a wellness house, a pool. Their service is really excellent and they care a lot about the customers well-being. The rooms are really spacious and clean and super comfortable. We made use of the morning yoga as well was just so much fun and their breakfast is really impeccable with their own honey produced on site, lots of delicious fruits and a lot of local delicacies. You can tell that the Lodge cares a lot about sustainability, both socially and environmentally. We also like their bikes around the property. Lastly the dinner there was just amazing, their menu is so carefully curated and offers such a fine dining opportunity I would like to positively highlight Camila from the front office, Llorenz, Mattheus, Chiara & Lisa from the restaurant, and then there were two people whose name we did not catch but I remember them by their hair, it was the lady with grey hair from reception and the guy with the blonde mullet from the Concierge. All of them really made our stay. Basically the whole team went above and beyond for us and was super comfortable.

Beautiful hotel set in gorgeous countryside. Our suite was perfect and the very large terrace had amazing views. Excellent breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was top class. The Saturday evening rice night in the lavender fields was a lot of fun too. The thing that really sets The Lodge apart, however, is the staff. Always cheerful, helpful and very capable. There was not a single member of the team who wasn’t a pleasure to deal with. The shining light was undoubtedly Silvia. She brings a smile to everyone’s face every morning and her farewell hug was genuine and reciprocated. We will definitely come back!!
