3rd year here; if you're looking for a friendly, helpful hotel with lots going on, look no further than here. It was our 3rd visit (having been previously in July/May and now October) and each time never had anything other than praise for all the staff here. From the girls on reception to cleaners, dining room/bar staff, entertainment team, and bus driver everyone is super friendly & helpful. There are 3 pool areas - two for (mainly) adults, & quieter and the other for kids/adults that has pool games, and general swimming, etc. There is also a kids club with mini disco at night ; adult activities -darts, pool, archery, mini golf, etc with nightly bingo and entertainment after. This year, the hotel has a new mini shuttle bus that will take you to the beach/shops should you not fancy the 10+ min walk down. Great for people like my elderly mum who finds it easier (though did walk it back once). Once again, bus driver is helpful. Food is all buffet for breakfast & dinner - good varied selection. We can highly recommend this hotel, (3 visits says alot, and we know people who have been coming for longer) and once again a big thanks to each and everyone of you.

We had stayed at this hotel before, prior to the pandemic, and really enjoyed our stay, so were eager to return.  Unfortunately, our return stay was not as good, which was a huge disappointment. We were given room 318, which has a partial sea view, but generally a view of a petrol station, and the hotel bins. Not the best start, given the smell. As we unpacked, we noticed the air con would only work on fan 2, any other setting resulted in the air con switching off, on its own, not so much of an issue. Then we noticed the toilet flush didn't work, or rather the eco-flush didn't. Then we noticed the washing line in the shower had snapped and had not been replaced. Then we noticed the balcony door handle was loose (almost falling off, I tightened this myself). Then we noticed some of the balcony railings were not secure, one, which was supposed to be secured in three sections was only held on by the middle section and rocked if leaned on.  There were only 2 chairs for the 3 of us to sit on, on the balcony. Then we noticed the light on the kitchen was held on by what appeared to be either the wire or one screw. Outdoor light was cracked, wall had an S scratched into it, in the kitchen area, cupboards didn't shut properly, the room just felt worn out. I was of the impression that, as we had arrived at the end of season this year, the room had taken somewhat of a hammering over the summer and maintenance was lacking. I spoke with reception and asked for another room, was advised they were fully booked, so not possible. I explained that the air con was only functioning on one setting, the toilet only partly flushed, the clothes line in the shower was snapped and the kitchen light looked unsafe. I was informed the hotel no longer had washing lines in the showers (in which case, why leave the broken one in?) and that maintenance would be along shortly. A maintenance man arrived within 10mins and fixed the toilet flush. He adjusted the kitchen light, to hang slightly further on the other side, so it almost looked like the gap between ceiling and light fixture was intentional, and said he couldn't do anything with the air con, so just to use setting 2. We got on with the holiday and tried to put the issues with the room out of mind. Then the air con started leaking all over the floor, a steady stream of water. Back to reception, maintenance man was out again within 5 minutes and fixed the leaking air con and gave our son a bag of sweets, which was a nice gesture. A bit of the door handle fell off. I fixed this again myself. I was tempted to begin fixing the flapping seal around the door but decided against it. We began to notice, that whilst there were not many children in the hotel, our hallway was littered with buggies, which in itself was hazardous. As the holiday went on, we noticed that the bedsheets had not been changed, on either our bed, or our son's, this was the case for the entire two week stay, with the sheets at the end of the

Stayed here for 2 weeks, I will give you the good, the not so good and information. The good. Hotel is spotlessly clean, well laid out. Rooms cleaned every day, brilliant housekeeping staff. The pools are great and a short hop to the beautiful beach if that is your thing. The bad. Waiting staff in the bar area are dreadful, truly awful if you are English. This hotel is predominantly German which is fine, but don't expect to be treated the same as the German holiday makers, you won't be. They literally ignore you and pretend not to see you and just walk past, such a shame as the hotel is lovely. The place has no atmosphere. The evening entertainment is poor, but if you are just wanting somewhere quite where you will be ignored then it will be fine. Information: rooms are fine, yes a little dated but very comfortable with fridge, safe and balcony. The hotel is at the end of can picafort but it's a lovely stroll into the main area and takes no time at all. There is a stop for the Wally trolley right outside the hotel.
