Globales Bouganvilla

We’ve just returned from our first ever family holiday on Tuesday 27th May after spending 7 days in Sa Coma, Majorca, staying at the Globales Bouganvilla Hotel. I was honestly quite nervous beforehand because some of the reviews were really off-putting — but we ended up having such a brilliant time! I travelled with my wife, our three kids, and my in-laws, and we all had a fantastic experience. The hotel was spotless — cleaned constantly and very well maintained. The bars were great, with plenty of relaxing seating areas where we could unwind with a social drink. Evening entertainment was especially good for the kids. They absolutely loved the shows each night — the Lion King show was a particular highlight for us as a family. It really is what you make of it, and for us, everything just came together perfectly. The food was really good, with two different buffets and a snack bar open all day — there was always something to enjoy. Our son has a severe peanut allergy, so we were naturally anxious about food safety. Thankfully, we felt completely at ease during our stay. We didn’t see peanuts anywhere, and we used Spanish allergy cards to communicate clearly with the restaurant staff — they were very understanding and helpful. The splash park was a big hit — both the kids and us adults had so much fun there. We ended up spending most of our days enjoying it. The rooms were comfortable and clean — no complaints at all. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We originally booked for 7 days, but honestly, we could’ve happily stayed for 10. All in all, we had a fantastic time and would definitely return.

Just returned from a fabulous week here. We went as 2 mums with our 2 teenage children. Plenty for everyone to do. We were dubious with the reviews but honestly have no complaints. For what we paid for the holiday we were really happy with everything. The rooms were clean. Pools were clean. Waterpark was big enough to entertain 2 teens. The food was varied enough , the pizzeria being by far the nicest. Plenty of nice places to eat outside the resort if you fancy a change. The all inclusive drinks are a little limited compared to other tui resorts I've visited but you can get inventive . I.E tequila , beer and lime for your own version of desperados. Or a brandy and baily's but be careful with these :) !! You do only get 1 beach towel at the start of your stay so worth packing another. Recommend getting a member of your party to hop in the queue when you arrive while the others sort the bags to cut down on wait times booking in.

Home after a brilliant week! Really don’t get some of the negativity - Pools are brilliant all round the hotel aye they’re cold but not bad once in. Bit slippy around but just be mindful. Rooms decent with excellent maid service always kept clean! Stayed in a twin and again was like any other all inclusive . Bit noisy on an evening but that’s due to other guests. Glad a was mid floor in block 500 - wouldn’t like to be ground floor as not a lot of privacy. Food is a 3 *** all inclusive -no better or worse than any a have been to ! Usually a decent choice even for fussy eaters! Snack bar a bit grim but always found me and daughter something to eat! Entertainment not the best but has kept my daughter entertained for the most until 8 - kids staff work non stop but a lot of young ones get bored during the bingo ! Then show is at 10 and my daughter was shattered to stay up ! Candy floss machines , popcorn ect available to. Arcades an absolute money pit and shocking quality !!! Shouldn’t be charging for bouncy castles or trampolines IMO either. If you have 3 kids you’re talking an extra £250 if they want to go on each night at £12 per kid. Staff a couldn’t fault - cleaners excellent - bar staff around main pool a bit slow. But most worked hard and were friendly Is a bit overpriced but you can make it an excellent holiday. If anything the clientele let the place down - loads of pi$$ed up parents leaving their kids bored !

Terrible experience – avoid if you’re a family! This hotel claims to be family-friendly, but the reality is far from it. Guests were drinking nonstop, blasting techno music from personal speakers at the pool like it was their own backyard. Extremely antisocial behavior, and the hotel staff did nothing to manage it. Even worse, some of my clothes were stolen from my room—likely by housekeeping—and the hotel took zero responsibility. Completely unprofessional and unsafe environment. Not recommended at all.

Started badly and never really got any better. Our entire coach checked in which was very slow took us 45 minutes and we was mid way in line. NOTE they are strict check in times of 14:00 ONLY we checked in 12:45 and was charged 10 Euros for early check in! Our room was ready along with everyones as hotel newly opened 2 days prior to our arrival. Never before anywhere If your room is ready had to wait or pay early check in disgusting rip off, especially when on delibrate early flight. Room tired cupboards flaking, was one bed small kichen area and cups and kettle but no tea or coffee. If more than 2 people 1 bed apartment is small. We had socket hanging out of wall and shower flooded bathroom as no ***** on bottom of shower curtain glass. Maintenance very good and repaired fast but should not of happened in first place! Food is just about warm in buffet and snack bar. Pizzeria did not opene for first 5 days! In evening you will wait in line for 20 minutes to get to food, pizza was ok apart from Monday when there was no pizza being ccoked apart from Focaccia bread pizza bizarre. Breakfast in buffet is carnage just not enough tables/seats ate in bar area as overflow. Pools are cold and water park very good great lifeguards everywhere thats what the 1* is for. Always got sunlounger too although hotel was not full god help in in school holidays around pool and buffet. Animation team got better as week went on with games etc around pool bar etc Not enough bar staff average wait in evening is 15 minutes in circus area. Entertainment is awful in not a child animation team appeared good for them, basically kids 8pm, certificates 8:45pm Bingo 10 euros 9pm this finishes around 9:25 nothing until 10pm week we was there it was very poor. First night party dances but not what you would expect. Karoke next night which was plagued with laptop issues. Circus, magician and acrobats ok ish but made many mistakes. Karoke again for 2nd time was terrible 2 singers in 30 minutes as no internet lastly animation team done dacing on stage. Worst entertainment ever. As for others staying smelt of **** everywhere at times smoke openly, chavs paradise noisey day and night with certain individuals no repsect for anyone else.Council estate in the sun sadly.

Most of the hot food was stone cold. Hardly any choice of food, same everyday. Not much choice for kids at all. No proper entertainment, past 10pm and the entertainment team were still doing dances for the kids. Was not allowed to purchase a bingo ticket when we arrived to the entertainment 10 minutes before it started so had to sit through that not being able to take part expecting entertainment after but no, kids disco. no air con or fan in rooms, we went in may so not too bad but wonder how bad it would be in July etc.
