I should have read the reviews before booking as an establishment is only really as good as its worst reviews I know many are slander and perhaps our hope were a little high Good Points............... Clean and safe water park Great fun for the kids - although many are unruly and push in / bully the younger children Good food and plenty of choices with clean eating facilities and staff working miracles at keeping the standard high Needs resolving.............. Poor quality rooms Lots of noise late into the night Many family's letting kids and teenagers run wild , language was shocking , under age drinking , rude and full of attitude - although this isnt directly the fault of the hotel it wasnt being resolved either Before we booked we asked directly to the hotel and tour operator to ask when the rooms were last refurbished and was told during covid all facilitys were fully renovated - unfortunately this isnt the case , we had mould , loose tap fittings , front door that didnt close securely , some windows single pane / some were double glazed . Sofa pull out bed was so bad our son slept in the 2 x singles with us You pay extra on top for ice cream , tennis courts , trampolines , bikes etc etc Please note the water isnt recommended to drink , the funny taste is the first indicator , when speaking to the Reps on site they just simply notioned to us that they drink bottled water ............ enough said as this is very expensive on site or a 15 min walk each way to supermarket to but and carry back With just a little bit of careful investment this place could easily be a higher star rating and attract a higher holiday price and better cliental but you get what you pay for and it is great value for money if you can block out other guests

Visited last July my teenage son loved the football pitch here. Rooms were great, no issues. Food in all restaurants were great, bit repetitive so ate out some nights. Enjoyed breakfast mostly in Italian. Was a few unsavoury characters (guests) throughout our stay but I’d say watching them kept us entertained 🤣 loads of wasps around and I am really fearful of them that said we was never stung. Would we return, yes! Main bug bearer was ques for the bar for drinks, took forever but they work hard and always friendly

This is the first time for us staying at an all inclusive family resort. The arrival at Palma airport was smooth, after hearing so many horror stories I was fearing the worst. The transfer was around an hour and we were the first drop off in the area. The coach was comfortable for the journey and the onboard air con was fantastic. Check in went well, good sign. The room, beds and towels were clean, again very happy. Sunbed wars, oh my days. Get up past 0800 and your on your **** on the tiles if you want to stay by the main pool. We waited for the splash park to open at 1000 and got beds and a parasol there without any fuss. The kids preffered the splash park so we stayed away from the main pool area. Food, if your serving or ex, the hot food I would say is worse than a bad day at the cookhouse. We stuck to lots of fruit, pastries, cereal, cold meats and cheeses at breakfast. Lunch/dinner plenty salad options, some small dishes made up of chickpeas/pasta were quite tasty. The snack menus of hotdogs and burgers were horrible. The beer is ok, Mahou is the brand. Wine is ok too after about 10 plastic cupfulls. Plenty cold water and softies to keep you hydrated. Get one of the cup caddies from amazon that fit 6 cups, makes life alot easier. The evening entertainment I though was quite good. Disco and a bit of dancing to start the evening off, always goes well. Bingo, I'm sure others love it. Good shows on later on at 2200, the entertainments team were dressed up as Disney characters and dancing to some well known songs. Seems a shame to have a good show aimed at kids on so late, some countries this is normal so no pleasing everyone. Now for some not so good points. I went down for breakfast on my own later in the morning, coffee down on the table and off I went for some scran. On my return, yep family at the table and waiter pouring away my coffee. It was really busy and I couldn't see any other tables, so I sat my ass down at the table and began eating. The attitude thrown at me by both parents impressed me, wow. There was a parent stopping others entering the toilet block while their kid went to the toilet, mate there's other kids that need the toilet. Hand across the door so no one could open the door. Like I say, this is the first resort like this we have been to so I'm unable to compare really, are they all like this? I would have given 3 stars but I'm knocking a star off for the attitudes of some.

Spent a week at the hotel. Overall was pretty satisfied. Rooms were cleaned everyday. There are 3 restaurants with different type of food. Weren't the best ones but allow you to find something to eat that will suit you. Nice, flexible hotel service and the best animation team. Entertaiment for kids and adults as well. Everyone could enjoy program they preapared from morning till evening. Water slides weren't the best quality but still were fun for both kids and adults. Hotel is in the quiet area so there's no noise from nearby area also bus that goes every 15 minutes to the beach is really convenient.

If you like queuing for cold food this is the place to go! Main restaurant was poor, they couldn't even serve warm soup. Pizzeria slightly better but closed halfway through our stay. Grill bar good at lunch but also closed on our second to last day. Generally the hotel was good and clean, rooms were clean. The pools and slides were good enough to keep the kids entertained. The entertainment wasn’t really existent, the only thing that entertained us was how bad it was. Our kids were too old for the kiddies entertainment.
