The hotel is in a beautiful location, right on a lovely beach. However, keep in mind that sunbeds are paid for – which, despite a supposedly carefree holiday, still adds an extra cost. There are also many hotels in the area. We recommend checking out these hotels for a more enjoyable holiday. Food & Drink: There are three buffets daily. The food is usually lukewarm/cold (we heard this by chance from people in the pool next to us). The food changes about every six days, with some items being common (fries, pasta). Snacks are overrated. They're practically non-existent. In the two weeks we stayed, I saw sandwiches at 4 pm three times. The rest of the time, there was nothing to be found. After asking for snacks in the evening, they sometimes provided something (only from 9:30 PM, which isn't my idea of an all-inclusive). You'd expect it to just be there! The snack was usually a cookie or a small bowl of nuts. Ice cream and cake are only available during lunch and dinner (from 12-3 PM and 6-9 PM). The cocktails from the vending machine are far too strong. Between buffets, only soft drinks and water are available. The non-carbonated juices are in the restaurant, which is closed between buffets. In our opinion, there's little food for children. Much of the food is fish/pork-oriented, and some chicken and beef. Food isn't allowed in the room from the restaurant. This means you can't bring snacks to snack on while playing games upstairs. Drinks are allowed from the bar in plastic cups. Room: Upon arrival, we noticed that the shower head holder was broken. We went to reception. It was quickly fixed, but why isn't the room checked by housekeeping? Also, A light bulb broke during the night; if you report this, action is taken quickly. The beds in the room were soft and creaked a lot. It wasn't very comfortable to sleep. The window was broken. Because we'd already requested repairs twice, we decided not to do it. It wouldn't lock. The railings on the balcony were rusty. As a result, we even got it in a towel. So be careful with this. The toilet barely flushed. So, we often rinsed it with a bucket of water. The room isn't cleaned on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but it is the rest of the day. We only saw our bed linens changed once, which was right after arrival. There's no extractor fan in the bathroom, so opening the window is the only solution. There's only a refrigerator in the room, no kitchenette or anything like that. Toilet paper and hand soap are as cheap as possible, so you only get thin toilet paper and a bar of soap to wash your hands. Amenities: Solarium: You don't need to go there. It's just a few loungers on a flat roof. Wi-Fi: The lobby has free Wi-Fi, which is good. The Wi-Fi you having to buy extra in the room is really a low point: you pay per
