Me and my children (11 and 8) have just got back from an 11 night stay and LOVED our holiday! What we loved: 1. The staff- all were very hard working, polite and friendly. Toni the restaurant manager was particularly helpful and always took the time to speak to us when he saw us 2. The pool- the kids loved being able to go on their rings/floaties/and the giant pillow. The temperature was perfect and had a mix of shallow and deep ends so we could play throw and catch as well as dive/jump in 3. The room - very spacious and good air con 4. Great selection of food- I particularly loved the grill and the salads! The kids love being able to help themselves and as predicted… the chips/pasta and ice cream were a hit 😉 5. Close proximity to the beach - about a 5/10 min walk away 6. The activities such as the water mat, water polo, musical chairs in the pool, aqua aerobics and the basketball game 7. The drinks - plenty of alcoholic drinks to choose from for me and the non alcoholic cocktails for the kids that they enjoyed ordering 8. The vibe was great! No loud families trying to over take the place… everyone was there to enjoy their holiday and we struck up conversations with lots of different people What we would like to see improved: 1. Bed sheets changed more often… I don’t think they changed them once whilst we were there 2. The entertainment at night wasn’t great… we have definitely had better at previous resorts We have had a fantastic holiday and would definitely come back ☀️❤️

Beautiful decor, some staff helpful and friendly. Most guests at the hotel were awful they barge pass you to get there first the hotel leave left ober cold food out for you in restaurant for late night check in but you will be greeted with alot of flies, (on the food).and around, there are lots of ants, food is basic we went all inclusive and paid for majority of what we wanted whats the point in going all inclusive when you still have to spend. States 4 star but definately not a 4 id give it a 3. In door pool states its open 10-6 this is not true you have to ask reception for special card and to ask if its free.staff can be quite ignorant at times And abrupt. We just returned home last night and we will not be returning vista badia hotel.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Vista Badia after coming here last year and rebooking for this year and it didn’t disappoint! The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are modern could possibly do with some touching up in area’s as the fan for the air conditioning in our room just above it had worn away but doesn’t let the room down! We stayed in a standard room with a balcony facing out to the All Sun hotel where you could see their pool which was really nice! You could hear their night time entertainment however this wasn’t on late so noise wasn’t a problem whilst trying to sleep. The rooms are cool and very spacious, good wardrobe space to both in the bedroom and living room. All of the staff are great and very friendly- the reception team are always on hand to help with any enquires, the entertainment team are brilliant working long hours but always so engaged with the kids my daughter took a shine to Killian & Clara! If you get chance you should definitely take part in the Aqua gym with the Brazilian rep, he made this so enjoyable even my 5 year old got involved! The evening bar staff again brilliant, this is table service, shout out to Dani who always made sure our drinks were topped up throughout our 2 week stay! Tony the manager of the hotel is always out and about helping in the restaurant or just doing general walk arounds which is good to see, he’s always very welcoming. The food was good we had no complaints, it does become repetitive especially as we stayed for 2 weeks but this is to be expected, we did eat out at Goa one of the bookable restaurants and I have to say if you can book this one it’s a must!!! Delicious food, very polite and friendly staff and a beautiful set up that they have over there. The hotel is in a great location the beach is a 5 minute walk, lots of shops close, pharmacy’s, doctors, dentist, bars and restaurants if you do want to eat out one evening, the kings head next door is good for food and drinks. There is a lovely walk to Cala millor which is about 25 minutes out the back door of the hotel to the left. Sunbeds, we never had any issues this year or last year… my husband would go down at 8am whenever we wanted bed and he never struggled to get beds. There is a water park La reserva 5 minutes away which is worth it if you are looking for a change of scenery, you get all your drinks here to if you are staying at a Protur hotel. There is a splash park which is great for little ones with sunbeds and a drinks machine, they also have trampolines here and other things to do for the younger kids. Mini golf is by here to which is free you just need to get a ticket from the bar. All in all we had a great 2 week stay here, don’t let the negative reviews put you off! This is our second time staying and we would definitely come back for a third time.

Absolutely fantastic place to go on a family holiday! 2 adults 2 children (11 and 9) we had the best time! Food was great, lots of choice and good quality, you worked out when was the best times to go for you ie some times were very busy and noisy but that is to be expected in a popular AI hotel! Hotel manager always out and about checking everything is just right and very friendly. Reception staff very helpful. Bar/waiting/cleaning staff- excellent, 5*! You just get used to how the place works bar wise and get along with it, if you’re on holiday and having a good time why get so upset about having a wait a couple of minutes at a busy bar! Animation team worked really hard but didn’t pester you to join in if you weren’t wanting to. Aqua gym- lots of fun!! Music on around the pool at times but not overbearing! Room very spacious sofa beds and beds comfortable and always cleaned to a high standard. Sun beds- yes people put towels out but even at 9am lots of beds still available. Location perfect, close to everything! Would definitely return! Don’t be put off by negative reviews :-)
