To be honest, the basic room type on Ctrip is very poor. The location is like a room for employees, just behind the reception. I had to pay extra to change the room, which cost 70 euros per day for a room. It can only have a side view of the sea. Isn’t it better to get sea view rooms in other hotels at this price...

It is very suitable for family outings. Although the northern part of the island may not be the hottest area, there are many people and delicious food. The breakfast is great.

Hotel dinner and breakfast are delicious
I like that it is right in front of the sea

Restaurant doesn't have enough staff Yesterday at 9.10 pm arriving i was told by Juan that the buffet closing and to hurry up so I didn't eat and left This evening I waited 30 mins for a coke whike finished my dinner and reminded Juan about it

Hotel com excelente estrutura, principalmente para famílias com crianças. Quartos amplos e confortáveis, piscinas, restaurantes com menu variado, equipe de recreação, academia enorme e pé na areia! Equipe muito atenciosa com destaque para Andres, Gonzalo, Joana, Claudia e Pepe. Único contra: não há room Service após 21h00.

We come every year. The place is incredible, the nicest friendliest staff that you could imagine. I Don’t know where to start…. From Mrs Virginia at the children’s pool bar - my kids love her and look for her everyday , The entertainment crew - Love their energy and performance, I hate to name names , cause I’m sure I’ll leave someone out. Arnold -( director) roby, Tove, Greta, Susana , Alicia , Tonya , these guys really deserve a standing ovation. 👏 they bring the energy that everyone can enjoy. Special shout out the the guys at the bar and kitchen - David, Pacito, mustafa , and of course the Grill master Angel . They made our dining experience truly memorable and enjoyable!! Many thanks and can’t wait to see y’all again in 2026 !!!! The loud American Daniel
