Cute, simple stay. Perfect for the price. No thrills or spills, but a good shower, comfy bed, and friendly staff. Don’t forget to leave your key at reception!

老房子，沒有電梯，不建議帶大行李箱的旅客入住，總共就20多個房間，各有特色，我們入住的是頂樓的閣樓，衞生間比卧室都大，有大浴缸。

Breakfast is traditional and can no longer be a traditional English breakfast. The facilities in the room are a bit old. The hair dryer does not seem to provide a bed. The bed is small. The sound of the house is not good. You can hear the TV sound of the neighbor next door. Parking is free.

Pretty hotel in a great location. The hotel is a few minutes and just a short walk from restaurants and pubs on the High Street. Rye is quite a compact town. Our room overlooked the car park at the back of the hotel. Not the best view but the room (deluxe double) was spacious. Breakfast was cooked to order and they were able to accommodate a coeliac diet (gluten free options). I would however recommend they keep a separate toaster at the back for gluten free bread only. They were able to provide gf bread for me but couldn’t toast it.

Great location, however some minor issues with our stay. Our room was quite noisy and we could hear other guests from our room at night. Water pressure in the shower was very low and the hair dryer was broken. Wasn’t the worst experience just not worth the money we paid.

Very clean hotel close to the station. Friendly staff too.
