We booked this room as a halfway point on our way to Florida. It was easy to get to and near many eating and shopping places. Check-in and Check-out was simple. They had a pool although we did not use it. The room was clean and it was a smoking room so that was a bonus to us. You can request a nonsmoking room. The road above was a little noisy but that is nothing they can control. Breakfest was ok, a lot was not restocked and the selection was not the best in my opinion. It was a good value for us to use as a rest overnight stop.

Have stayed at this property several times over the last year....each stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Quiet and comfortable property....nice HIE breakfast with yummy cinnamon rolls. Ivan in the breakfast area is wonderful....thoughtful, kind and thorough. The front desk personnel are very professional and take care of their guests needs with ease. Won't remember all, but Nicole, Patrice, LeTeanna & Leya are a few. Housekeeping staff are also helpful and attentive.....especially Jackie who is extra special. Recommend.

The staff was amazing!! I believe the managers name is Brady, he really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and made helped accommodate our entire party. The rooms were clean and as good as they could have been given the age of the hotel. Overall we had a great experience and will be our hotel of choice when we are around the Nashville area.
