We don’t take foreigners “ so we booked the biggest hotel we could find close to the city. RUI AN INTERNATIONAL… Service : pretty average for how pricey it is Amenities pretty much average as well. Looked Alittle but beaten down in some places. The rooms were ok. But overall I’d just say it’s average all across the board. Nothing good nothing bad to say.
