Lovely hotel, stayed for a long weekend and used the spa facilities - they gave us a free upgrade which was a nice touch! Beautiful grounds, restaurant was lovely and only a short scenic walk to the town Only critique was the pool was quite small without much seating available and the sauna was male or female only - but the rest of the stay and amenities more than made up for it! Also recommend the afternoon tea :)

The room was clean and tidy, the tree was shaded outside the window, the environment was beautiful, there were several set menu options for breakfast, the chef made it now, other coffee, tea, bread and fruit buffet.

I was looked after extremely well by Anthony and Amy, who upgraded me to a deluxe suite. This was absolutely stunning and felt so luxurious. I felt very spoilt. I was staying at the hotel to attend a funeral after postponing my stay previously due to a bereavement, and Amy and Anthony were very accommodating about changing the dates of my stay. A lovely hotel and great location. The cocktails were great and the riostto was really delicious. I would strongly recommend staying here as the staff are very professional and nothing is too much trouble. Hope to be back again soon.

My husband and I had our wedding here two weeks ago and I cannot recommend the venue enough! Our friends and family stayed at the estate, many of which came from out of the country and everyone loved the comfort and style of the rooms, cottages, and amenities! I am so happy my (now) husband and I decided to have our wedding here! Everything about our big day was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we looked at this venue, I know it was everything we wanted. Our day of coordinator, Leah, was absolutely lovely. Not only is she attentive, but she is kind, thoughtful, and incredibly detail-oriented, making every part of the process seamless and stress-free. I can’t be more grateful to have had her by my side. The venue decorated for the holidays just days before our wedding, providing us with beautiful added decor and magic! My friends and family love the many rooms and areas to explore, including the museum, gardens, bar, terrace, etc. We opted for afternoon tea for our wedding breakfast and pizza for late night bites and our guests absolutely loved it! They offered options for our friends with gf, veggie, etc dietary requirements, and people raved about their meals! They have options for everyone. Between the beautiful venue, genuinely lovely staff, and delicious food and drink, I cannot be more grateful to Leah and everyone at Salomons. I got to live out my fairytale dream wedding here, and I am so excited for every couple who chooses to do the same. You will have the best day of your lives.

We ended up booking the hotel due to my partner getting ill on our way home. Upon check in, staff were very understanding of our situation, gave us a room close to reception, allowed us to leave our car out front for a little bit because of how unwell my partner was, and directed us to the closest parking when we were ready to move the car. Unfortunately, the next morning, I had to ask them to extend our stay while I took my partner to the hospital. This would ultimately turn into nearly a full week at the hotel for me while my partner was in the hospital. During these trying times, the staff in the building helped me keep my room by extending my stay day by day, they offered me company and reminded me that I, too, needed to take care of myself, they remembered my allergies and asked after my partner during my stay. They even helped fix one of my extensions and gave me a refund for half of it after I tried extending my booking online and accidentally booked myself for the same night twice. I felt cared for and like I mattered, despite my being a stranger to them. The room was great, with a shower over bath, a desk, a sofa and a double bed. The thick curtains allowed for complete darkness in the room when I needed it as well. I purchased the meal deal for the majority of my stay as well. The breakfast was tasty each morning with both full English and continental options available, and I would highly recommend trying their garlic bread, pizza or the cheese loaded chicken for dinner. The chips were fantastic as well! All in all, despite the sad circumstances in which I ended up staying in Tunbridge Wells, my stay in the Premier Inn was great. We would definitely stay there again and recommend doing so to our friends as well. Our thanks to the whole team for taking such good care of me!

This was our second stay & was just as good as the first. Everyone was very friendly, polite & helpful. Room was clean with really good power shower. Food was excellent. Fantastic choice for dinner & breakfast was one of the best we have ever had - all freshly cooked with lots of choice & using locally sourced produce. Lots of parking & electric charging station. This is a very old pub so has lots of character.

Perfect staff, homely ,very clean,nicely cooked non vegetarian breakfast. Hotel set back from main road,so no traffic noise. Nice view from top floor, but beware NO LIFT. Bed&pillows ,superb comfort. You need 3 hands,when in the shower! which is very modern. LOTS of local places to eat ,e.g. BILLS etc. Within walking distance of theatre, so i saw lots of nice rockn roll shows(pre booked on line). Local square was lovely to relax in the 5 days of sunshine. Nice car park. Looks like some great shows on around Oct, so I will have to return . BBC tv+radio,also a few other channels. Good value holiday
