Nice and clean hotel with great location, it’s about 5min to walk to the city. The rooms are big and up to date,the beds are a little hard for my preference, and the breakfast had a little small selection, but all in all a nice hotel with great staff

This hotel is in a great location - just 5 minutes walk from the old town of Rovinj and also very close to the ferry terminal for the islands. The hotel has recently been refurbished, the rooms are modern and well equipped and the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Sergio and Nella on reception for their efficient sorting of any queries about the room and for their recommendations and smiles!

We had a great time! Excellent location close to everything, large bedroom and bathroom with balcony and view of the port, when the sun went down you could see some beautiful sunsets. Cleanliness, friendly and helpful managers and staff. Good breakfast, bicycles available to get around. We recommend it for a holiday in beautiful Rovinjo, which deserves to be seen and which exceeded our expectations.

Family business that has been around for at least 45 years. Very friendly welcome, good food and good prices. Beautiful view of the sea from the terrace. Try the fish pot and the grilled Calamar. Restaurant Squero is a permanent fixture in Rovinj for us.

We stayed at Villa Squero for four nights in early June. It was our favorite of all accommodations during our three week trip to Croatia. Located on the water, just outside the Old City (an easy 5 minute walk), it was also very close to several beaches which we took full advantage of. The parking was extremely close-by (a couple blocks), and one of the staff went with us to park our car. The hotel is over a restaurant, where we had a huge (included) delicious breakfast every morning. Our room was large, modern, and comfortable and we had a balcony overlooking a garden. The staff were extremely pleasant, available, and helpful (eg giving us detailed and correct directions to a local laundry-mat). The price was also fantastic. I have only superlatives to say about Villa Squero. One last thing - Standing across the road from Villa Squero gives you the very best "picture post-card" view of Rovinj, including gorgeous sunset shots.
